Isabel Chaves Bonilla del Departamento de Zona Marítimo Terrestre de la\nMunicipalidad de Osa en el Oficio AZM-902-2011 de fecha 2 de noviembre del\n2011, donde se trascribe el Acuerdo de Concejo Municipal de Sesión Ordinaria N°\n40-2011, celebrada el 5 de octubre del 2011, con el que solicitan al Instituto\nCostarricense de Turismo modificar la declaratoria de aptitud no turística del\nsector costero donde se ubica el Plan Regulador de Punta San José, para que se\ndeclare de aptitud turística.\n\n2)         Considerando\nque el sector de Punta San José está contenido en uno de los Centros de\nDesarrollo Turístico definidos en el Pan Nacional de Desarrollo Turístico\n2010-2016, se procedió a realizar un análisis integral de las declaratorias\npracticadas en años anteriores que abarcan el frente costero del Centro de\nDesarrollo Turístico de Drake, distrito Sierpe, cantón Osa.\n\nPor tanto:\n\na) Declarar de aptitud turística la sección de la\ncosta del Centro de Desarrollo Turístico de Drake, distrito Sierpe, cantón de\nOsa, entre las coordenadas de proyección CRTM05:\n\nPrimer\núnico:             955402 N    -    538702\nE\n\n                                 954062 N    -    529586\nE\n\nb) Quedan excluidas de este acuerdo, todos\naquellos sectores costeros que el MINAET ha clasificado y certificado ó en su\ndefecto clasifique ó modifique a futuro como terrenos de Patrimonio Natural del\nEstado, mediante la Metodología establecida por el MINAET.\n\nc) Quedan excluidas de éste acuerdo, los sectores\nque se encuentren afectados por lo establecido en los Artículos 6 y 73 de la\nLey de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre.\n\nd) Queda derogada toda aquella declaratoria que se\nhaya publicado en años anteriores que se encuentren contenidas entre los\nlímites de coordenadas que se define en el presente acuerdo.\n\ne) Instruir al Macroproceso Administrativo para\nque notifique a los interesados y realicen las gestiones pertinentes para\npublicar en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta la oficialización de este\nacuerdo.\n\nAcuerdo firme.\n\nSan José, 18 de enero del 2012",
  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 0\n\n                        Declares of tourism suitability the section of the coast of the Drake Tourism Development Center, Sierpe district, Osa canton\n\nComplete Text of record: E18B2\n\nCOSTA RICAN TOURISM INSTITUTE\n\nPLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MACROPROCESS\n\nOrdinary session of the Board of Directors No. 5729, article 5, subsection XII, held on January 10, 2012, the following agreement was adopted, which textually reads:\n\nIt is agreed:\n\n1) In accordance with official communication No. MPD-P-572-2011, issued by the Planning and Development Macroprocess, and in response to the documentation submitted by Licda. Isabel Chaves Bonilla of the Maritime Zone Department of the Municipality of Osa in Official Communication AZM-902-2011 dated November 2, 2011, which transcribes the Municipal Council Agreement of Ordinary Session No. 40-2011, held on October 5, 2011, by which they request the Costa Rican Tourism Institute to modify the declaration of non-tourism suitability of the coastal sector where the Punta San José Regulatory Plan is located, so that it be declared of tourism suitability.\n\n2) Considering that the Punta San José sector is contained within one of the Tourism Development Centers defined in the National Tourism Development Plan 2010-2016, a comprehensive analysis was carried out of the declarations made in previous years that cover the coastal front of the Drake Tourism Development Center, Sierpe district, Osa canton.\n\nTherefore:\n\na) Declare of tourism suitability the section of the coast of the Drake Tourism Development Center, Sierpe district, Osa canton, between the CRTM05 projection coordinates:\n\nSingle polygon:             955402 N    -    538702 E\n\n                                 954062 N    -    529586 E\n\nb) Excluded from this agreement are all those coastal sectors that MINAET has classified and certified, or failing that, classifies or modifies in the future as State Natural Heritage lands, through the Methodology established by MINAET.\n\nc) Excluded from this agreement are the sectors that are affected by the provisions of Articles 6 and 73 of the Maritime Zone Law.\n\nd) Any declaration published in previous years that is contained within the coordinate boundaries defined in this agreement is hereby repealed.\n\ne) Instruct the Administrative Macroprocess to notify the interested parties and carry out the pertinent procedures to publish the formalization of this agreement in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.\n\nFinal agreement.\n\nSan José, January 18, 2012"
