  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 37012\n\n                        Appoints members of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nFull Text record: 104A3D\n\nNo. 37012- MINAET\n\n(This executive decree was repealed by article 3 of executive decree No. 39014 of March 10, 2015, \"Appoints members of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\")\n\n    The FIRST VICE PRESIDENT\n\n    IN THE EXERCISE OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC\n\n    AND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY AND\nTELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nUsing the powers conferred upon them by articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\n    WHEREAS:\n\nI.— That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications, with instrumental legal personality.\n\nII.— That the aforementioned Law assigns to this Commission functions relating to the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of vital importance for the country’s sustainable development.\n\nIII.— That article 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes how the Commission shall be composed, according to the appointment made by the entities and organizations indicated by law.\n\nIV.— That Executive Decree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001, published in La Gaceta No. 150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the functioning of this Commission.\n\nTHEREFORE:\n\nHEREBY DECREE:\n\nArticle 1.— Appoint as part of the members comprising the National Commission for Biodiversity Management, the following representative of the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock:\n\n1. Alternate member:\n\nNevio Bonilla Morales.\n\nArticle 2.— For the purposes of the term contemplated in article 15 of the Biodiversity Law, the appointment is made for a full term of three years.\n\nArticle 3.— The following is repealed:\n\n       \n1. Article 1, subsection 2. of Executive Decree No. 34944-MINAET of November 3, 2008, published in La Gaceta No. 246 of December 19, 2008.\n\nArticle 4.— It shall enter into force upon its publication."
