  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norma 17\n\n                        Amendment to the Regulation for the Operation and Administration of the Aqueduct\n\nComplete Text of acta: E3315\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF BELÉN\n\nThe undersigned Secretary of the Municipal Council of\nBelén, notifies you of the agreement reached, in ordinary session No. 17-2012,\narticle 10, held on the thirteenth of March, two thousand twelve, which literally\nstates:\n\nIn compliance with article 43 of the Código\nMunicipal and no objections having been heard, within the legal period, to the\namendment to the Regulation for the Operation and Administration of the Aqueduct of the\nMunicipality of Belén, approved in acta 07-2012, article 29, held on\nJanuary 31, 2012, the same is definitively approved and enters into\nforce as of this publication.\n\nBelén, March 21, 2012.-\n\n(Note from Sinalevi: As indicated in the previous\nparagraph, the text corresponds to that published in La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27,\n2012, and is transcribed below:)\n\nAMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION FOR THE OPERATION\n\nAND ADMINISTRATION OF THE AQUEDUCT OF\n\nTHE MUNICIPALITY OF BELÉN\n\nArticle 1º-Amend Article 31, so that it reads as follows:\n\nThe Revenue Management Unit (Unidad de Gestión de Cobro) of the Municipality of Belén, is\nauthorized to issue an order for the suspension of water service due to non-\npayment, eight days after the amount for each month is overdue.\n\nFurthermore, the Aqueducts Department may order\nthe suspension of service when the subscriber:\n\n1. Interconnects system pipes with others originating from other\nwater sources.\n\n2. When the subscriber's installations are defective and the\ndeficiencies are not corrected (having been previously warned).\n\n3. When the installations do not meet the conditions necessary to\nprevent harm to themselves or to third parties.\n\n4. When they alter in any way the municipal distribution network.\n\n5. When they tamper with any water meter (hidrómetro) or lid of the protection box for the\nsame, property of the Municipality.\n\nArticle 2º-Eliminate article 32 and adjust the numbering of the rest of the\narticles of this regulation.\n\nArticle 3º-It shall become effective upon its publication.\n\nBelén, February 8, 2012"
