Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218 del ocho de agosto\nde mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo\nla potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples,\nfederadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente\nútiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar\nuna necesidad social.\n\nII. Que la ASOCIACIÓN DE VOLUNTARIOS PARA EL SERVICIO EN LAS ÁREAS PROTEGIDAS,\n(ASVO) cédula de Persona Jurídica número: 3-002-098217, se inscribió en el Registro\nde Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día diecinueve de agosto del dos\nmil cuatro, bajo el tomo N° 370, asiento 6212.\n\nIII. Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según\nel artículo segundo de sus estatutos, son: \". ARTÍCULO DOS: Objeto social:\nLa Asociación tendrá los siguientes fines: a) Promover la conservación y restauración\ndel medio ambiente. b) Promover y fortalecer el trabajo voluntario en beneficio\ndel medio ambiente. c) Cooperar con organizaciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales\nnacionales e internacionales que trabajen en pro del medio ambiente. d) Proveer\nal voluntariado de un estatus legal que le permita mayor eficiencia y cobertura\nen sus funciones.\".
