  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 34\n\n                        Approves the Coastal Regulatory Plan of the canton of Carrillo: Zoning\nRegulations, Viability Regulations, and Exterior Advertising Regulations\n\nComplete Text of record: E75BB\n\n    MUNICIPALITY OF CARRILLO\n\n       \nHereby I transcribe for you, for your respective processing, the content of Agreement No. 4, of\n Ordinary Session 34, held on August 21, 2012,\nwhich literally states:\n\n       \nIt is agreed:\nThis Municipal Council, considering the documentation presented by\nthe Regulatory Plan\nCommission in relation to the different approval phases of the Coastal\nRegulatory Plan Project of the canton of Carrillo, before the INVU, ICT and SETENA,\nagrees:\n\nA.
