  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 36\n\n                        Crea el distrito Bahía Drake, sexto del cantón de Osa, provincia de\nPuntarenas\n\nTexto Completo acta: EFCA1\n\nNº 36-2012-MGP\n\n    LA PRESIDENTA DE  LA REPÚBLICA\n\n    Y EL MINISTRO GOBERNACIÓN Y POLICÍA, \n\nDe conformidad con lo dispuesto en\nel artículo 140, incisos 3) y 18) y 146, de la Constitución\n Política de Costa Rica y la Ley 4366 del 05 de agosto de 1969, Ley sobre División\nTerritorial Administrativa. \n\n    CONDIDERANDO: \n\n1°. Que de\nconformidad con la Ley\n4366 del 05 de agosto de 1969, Ley sobre División Territorial Administrativa,\ncorresponde al Poder Ejecutivo declarar la creación de los distritos indicando\nsus cabeceras, poblados que lo forman y sus límites detallados. \n\n2°. Que el Concejo\nMunicipal de la\n Municipalidad de Osa en sesión N° 38-2001 del día 21 de\nsetiembre del 2011, en el Capítulo VIII Acuerdo N° 2, acordó apoyar a la Asociación Integral\nde Bahía Drake en los trámites para la creación del distrito sexto Bahía Drake\ndel cantón Osa. \n\n3°. Que la Comisión Nacional\nde División Territorial Administrativa, por recomendación del Comité Técnico;\nen sesión del día 31 de julio del 2012, aprobó la creación del distrito Bahía\nDrake, sexto del cantón Osa, provincia Puntarenas. \n\nPor tanto: \n\n    ACUERDAN: \n\nArtículo 1°-  Créase el distrito Bahía Drake, sexto del cantón\nOsa, provincia Puntarenas, el cual tendrá a la Villa Agujitas (Drake) como\ncabecera del distrito, contando con los poblados de: Ángeles, Banegas (parte),\nBoca Ganado, Campanario, Caletas, Guerra, Planes, Progreso, Quebrada Ganado,\nRancho Quemado, Riyito, San Josecito (Rincón), y San Pedrillo, todos segregados\ndel distrito tercero, Sierpe.\n\n(Así\nreformado mediante acuerdo N° 22-2013-MGP del 22 de abril del 2013)\n\nArtículo 2°- Con fundamento en\nlas hojas topográficas a escala. 1:50 000, editadas por el Instituto Geográfico\nNacional y denominadas; Sierpe (1° edición, año 1965), Rincón (2° edición, año\n1979), Llorona (1° edición, año 1965) y Golfo Dulce (1° edición, año 1964),\neste distrito tendrá la siguiente descripción de límites.\n\n                       \na) Con el distrito Sierpe, cantón Osa (al Norte-Este).\n\nInicia, en la confluencia del río Sierpe\ncon el estero Guerra, para continuar por el estero Guerra aguas arriba, hasta\nencontrarse con la quebrada Pataste, se continúa ahora por esta quebrada aguas\narriba, hasta llegar a su naciente, desde este punto, se continúa por la línea\nde cresta en dirección sur-este, hasta llegar al punto de elevación de los 635 metros en \"Cerros\nChocuaco\", siempre por la línea de cresta y en dirección sur-este, uniendo los\npuntos de elevación de 650\n metros, 610 metros, hasta encontrarse con la naciente\nde la quebrada Banegas en dirección sur, continuando ahora por esta quebrada\naguas abajo hasta su confluencia con el río Riyito, se continúa ahora por el\nrio Riyito, aguas abajo hasta su confluencia con el río Rincón.\n\n                       \nb) Con el distrito Puerto Jiménez, cantón Golfito (al\nSur-Este).\n\nDesde la confluencia del río Riyito con el\nrío Rincón, se continúa aguas arriba por el río Rincón, hasta llegar a su\nconfluencia con el río Pavón, continuando ahora por el río Pavón aguas arriba\nhasta llegar a su naciente, desde este punto y por la línea de cresta que va en\ndirección Norte-Oeste, donde se dividen las aguas del río Corcovado con la\nquebrada Vaquedano, se llega a un punto que está a 400 metros al Este,\naproximadamente del punto de elevación de los 590 metros, ahora desde\neste punto y por la línea de cresta, en dirección sur, se continúa hasta\nencontrarse con la naciente del río Corcovado, continuando ahora por el río\nCorcovado, aguas abajo, pasando luego por la laguna Corcovado, y nuevamente por\nel río Corcovado, para finalizar en su desembocadura con el Océano Pacífico.\n\nc) Con el Océano Pacífico (al Norte-Oeste).\n\nDesde la desembocadura del río Corcovado en\nel Océano Pacífico, se continua ahora por el litoral en dirección norte hasta\nllegar a la boca del río Sierpe, se continúa por el río Sierpe aguas arriba\nhasta su confluencia con el estero Guerra, que es el punto de inicio de la\npresente descripción.\n\nArtículo 3° -Se faculta al Instituto Geográfico\nNacional para que interprete los límites señalados en el Artículo Segundo y los\nadecue en caso de que ofrezcan duda. That in\naccordance with Law\n4366 of August 5, 1969, Law on Administrative Territorial Division,\nit is the responsibility of the Executive Branch to declare the creation of districts, indicating\ntheir seats, settlements that comprise them, and their detailed boundaries.\n\n2. That the Municipal Council of the\n Municipality of Osa, in session No. 38-2001 of September\n21, 2011, in Chapter VIII Agreement No. 2, agreed to support the Asociación Integral\nde Bahía Drake in the proceedings for the creation of the sixth district, Bahía Drake,\nof the canton of Osa.\n\n3. That the National Commission\nof Administrative Territorial Division, upon recommendation of the Technical Committee;\nin session on July 31, 2012, approved the creation of the Bahía\nDrake district, sixth of the canton of Osa, province of Puntarenas.\n\nTherefore:\n\n    AGREE:\n\nArticle 1-  The Bahía Drake district is hereby created, sixth of the canton of\nOsa, province of Puntarenas, which shall have the Village of Agujitas (Drake) as\nthe seat of the district, comprising the settlements of: Ángeles, Banegas (part),\nBoca Ganado, Campanario, Caletas, Guerra, Planes, Progreso, Quebrada Ganado,\nRancho Quemado, Riyito, San Josecito (Rincón), and San Pedrillo, all segregated\nfrom the third district, Sierpe.\n\n(As\namended by agreement No. 22-2013-MGP of April 22, 2013)\n\nArticle 2- Based on\nthe topographic sheets at a scale of 1:50,000, published by the Instituto Geográfico\nNacional and denominated; Sierpe (1st edition, year 1965), Rincón (2nd edition, year\n1979), Llorona (1st edition, year 1965) and Golfo Dulce (1st edition, year 1964),\nthis district shall have the following boundary description.\n\n                        a) With the Sierpe district, canton of Osa (to the North-East).\n\nBegins at the confluence of the Sierpe River\nwith the Guerra Estuary, to continue up the Guerra Estuary, upstream, until\nmeeting the Pataste stream (quebrada Pataste), continuing now up this stream,\nupstream, until reaching its source (naciente); from this point, continuing along the crest line\nin a south-easterly direction, until reaching the elevation point of 635 meters at \"Cerros\nChocuaco,\" always along the crest line and in a south-easterly direction, connecting the\nelevation points of 650\n meters, 610 meters, until meeting the source (naciente)\nof the Banegas stream in a southerly direction, continuing now down this stream\ndownstream to its confluence with the Riyito River, continuing now up the\nRiyito River, downstream to its confluence with the Rincón River.\n\n                        b) With the Puerto Jiménez district, canton of Golfito (to the\nSouth-East).\n\nFrom the confluence of the Riyito River with the\nRincón River, continuing upstream along the Rincón River, until reaching its\nconfluence with the Pavón River, continuing now up the Pavón River upstream\nuntil reaching its source (naciente); from this point and along the crest line that runs\nin a North-Westerly direction, where the waters of the Corcovado River divide from the\nVaquedano stream, reaching a point that is approximately 400 meters East\nof the elevation point of 590 meters; now from\nthis point and along the crest line, in a southerly direction, continuing until\nmeeting the source (naciente) of the Corcovado River, continuing now along the Corcovado\nRiver, downstream, then passing through the Corcovado Lagoon, and again along\nthe Corcovado River, to end at its mouth at the Pacific Ocean.\n\nc) With the Pacific Ocean (to the North-West).\n\nFrom the mouth of the Corcovado River in\nthe Pacific Ocean, continuing now along the coastline in a northerly direction until\nreaching the mouth of the Sierpe River, continuing up the Sierpe River upstream\nto its confluence with the Guerra Estuary, which is the point of beginning of the\npresent description.\n\nArticle 3 - The Instituto Geográfico\nNacional is authorized to interpret the boundaries indicated in Article Two and to\nadjust them should they give rise to doubt. The map of this\ndistrict that it prepares is declared official.\n\nArticle 4 - The name of this\ndistrict shall become final when approved\nby the National Commission\nof Nomenclature.\n\nArticle 5 - It shall take effect upon\nits publication.\n\nDone in San José at\nnine thirty in the morning on August third, two thousand twelve."
