A final paragraph is added to Article 85 of the Phytosanitary Protection Law, No. 7664, of April 8, 1997, and its amendments, the text of which shall read:\n\n\"Article 85.- Prohibition for professionals of the State Phytosanitary Service (Servicio Fitosanitario del Estado)\n\n[.]\n\nSaid prohibition shall be paid in accordance with the economic compensation established in Law No. 5867, of December 15, 1975, and the provisions of Law No. 8422, Law Against Corruption and Illicit Enrichment in Public Service, of October 6, 2004, shall apply to it.\n\nThe difference resulting from
