Por tanto,\n\nDecretan:\n\nArtículo 1º-Aprobar el siguiente Reglamento\nTécnico: \n\nRTCR\n460: 2011\"\nRequisitos para Barnices\n\nSanitarios\nUtilizados en Conservas\n\nde\nProductos Pesqueros\"\n\n(Nota de Sinalevi: Por tener articulado propio el Reglamento Técnico RTCR\n460:2011 \"Requisitos para barnices sanitarios utilizados en conservas de\nproductos pesqueros\", debe consultarse en el sistema de forma independiente)\n\nArtículo 2º-Costos de la Verificación. El costo de la verificación del presente Reglamento deberá\ncubrirlo el Estado conforme a la Ley  General del Servicio Nacional de Salud Animal, Ley Nº 8495 del\n6 de abril del 2006. Los costos en que se incurran por solicitud o debido al incumplimiento del\nadministrado, se cobrarán directamente a éste.\n\nArtículo\n3º-Sanciones por incumplimiento. El incumplimiento a las disposiciones\nestablecidas en este Reglamento, dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones\nque señalan la Ley General\ndel Servicio Nacional de Salud Animal, Ley Nº 8495 del 6 de abril del 2006;\nsegún sea el caso. Therefore,\n\nThey Decree:\n\nArticle 1—To approve the following Technical\nRegulation:\n\nRTCR\n460: 2011\"\nRequirements for Sanitary\n\nVarnishes Used in Canned\n\nFishery Products\"\n\n(Sinalevi Note: Because Technical Regulation RTCR\n460:2011 \"Requirements for sanitary varnishes used in canned\nfishery products\" has its own articles, it must be consulted in the system independently)\n\nArticle 2—Costs of Verification.
