  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\nTexto Completo Norma 37935\n\n                        Nombra miembro de la Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad\n\nTexto Completo acta: 100D31\n\nN° 37935-MINAE \n\nLA PRESIDENTA\nDE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY EL MINISTRO DE\nAMBIENTE Y ENERGÍA \n\nEn uso de las facultades que les confieren los\nartículos 140, incisos 3) y 18), y 146 de la Constitución Política, y la Ley de\nBiodiversidad N° 7788 del 30 de abril de 1998. \n\nConsiderando: \n\nI.-Que la Ley de Biodiversidad N° 7788 del 30 de abril\nde 1998, creó la Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad como un\nórgano desconcentrado del Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía, con personería\njurídica instrumental. \n\nII.-Que\nla citada Ley le asigna a esa Comisión, funciones referentes a la conservación,\nel uso ecológicamente sostenible y la restauración de la biodiversidad, que son\nde vital importancia para el desarrollo sostenible del país. \n\nIII.-Que\nel artículo 15 de la Ley de Biodiversidad, establece la forma en que se\nintegrará la Comisión, de acuerdo al nombramiento realizado por los entes y\norganizaciones que señala la ley. \n\nIV.-Que\nel Decreto Ejecutivo N° 29680-MINAE del 23 de julio del 2001, publicado en La\nGaceta N° 150 del 7 de agosto del 2001, regula el funcionamiento de esta\nComisión. Por tanto, \n\nDecretan: \n\nArtículo 1º-Nombrar como parte de los miembros que\nintegran la Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad, a los\nsiguientes representantes de la Unión Costarricense de Cámaras de la Empresa\nPrivada.\n\n1.
