El decreto, emitido por la Presidenta de la República y la Ministra de Justicia y Paz, se basa en los artículos 140 inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, así como en la Ley de Asociaciones y su Reglamento.",

  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 37924\n\n                        Deja sin efecto decreto ejecutivo N° 32810 \"Declara de Utilidad Pública para\nlos intereses del Estado la \"Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar\"\n\nTexto Completo acta: F4F87\n\nNº\n37924-JP \n\n    LA\n PRESIDENTA DE\n LA REPÚBLICA\n\n    Y LA\n MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ \n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículo 140,\ninciso 18) y 146 de la\n Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones y en los\nartículos 27 y siguientes de su Reglamento. \n\n    Considerando \n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218 del\nocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas, confiere al\nPoder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones\nsimples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean\nparticularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello\ncontribuyan a solventar una necesidad social. \n\nII.-Que\nla Asociación\npara Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, cédula de persona jurídica\n3-002-247433 se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público\ndesde el día veinte de julio de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, bajo el\nexpediente 11304, tomo 461, asiento 15709. Asimismo, dicha entidad fue\ndeclarada de Utilidad Pública mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo número 32810-J del\nveintidós de octubre de dos mil cinco. \n\nIII.-Que la Asociación para la Protección de los\nRecursos Naturales Plantar, no ha presentado los informes de gestión anual\ndesde el año dos mil seis a la actualidad. Asimismo, no ha cumplido con los\nrequisitos para la solicitud de la revocatoria de la Declaratoria de\nUtilidad Pública.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n-\n\nComplete Text of Regulation 37924\n\nRenders ineffective Executive Decree No. 32810 \"Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the 'Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar'\"\n\nComplete Text record: F4F87\n\nNo.\n37924-JP\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE\n\nPursuant to the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations and articles 27 et seq. of its Regulations.\n\nConsidering\n\nI.—That article 32 of the Law of Associations No. 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.\n\nII.—That the Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar, legal entity identification number 3-002-247433, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry as of July twenty, nineteen ninety-nine, under file 11304, volume 461, entry 15709. Likewise, said entity was declared of Public Utility by means of Executive Decree number 32810-J of October twenty-two, two thousand five.\n\nIII.—That the Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar has not submitted its annual management reports from the year two thousand six to the present. Likewise, it has not fulfilled the requirements for the request to revoke the Declaration of Public Utility. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1.—To render ineffective Executive Decree number 32810-J of October twenty-two, two thousand five, by which the Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar, legal entity identification number 3-002-247433, was declared of Public Utility for the interests of the State.\n\nArticle 2.—Once this Decree is published, the interested parties must formalize by notarial protocol and submit the respective certified copy before the Registry of Associations of the National Registry for its corresponding registration.\n\nArticle 3.—It shall take effect upon its publication.\n\nIssued at the Presidency of the Republic.—San José, on the twenty-third day of August, two thousand thirteen."
