Garantizar la\nprotección de las áreas públicas tanto de las áreas de playa como las calles\npúblicas.\n\n. Preservar bajo\nadministración del MINAET las áreas declaradas como Patrimonio Natural del\nEstado.\n\n. Garantizar la\nseguridad jurídica de los concesionarios que actualmente deben tramitar una\nprórroga de los derechos de concesión otorgados en este sector costero.\n\nSe aclara que bajo este procedimiento de Ajuste Parcial y la\nRectificación Técnica de la lámina de Zonificación y Vialidad de Playa Ocotal,\nse mantienen las vías y el derecho de vía establecido actualmente, excluyéndose\nde la rectificación las calles que se encuentran entre los mojones 99 y 19. La\nmodificación de la zona verde entre la calle de 14 metros y la zona pública\nentre los mojones 95 y 96 obedece al ajuste del área otorgada en concesión de\nconformidad con el plano catastrado G-0919787-2004. Todos los aspectos\ndefinidos en el reglamento del Plan Regulador se mantienen inalterados. Guarantee the\nprotection of public areas, both the beach areas and the public streets.\n\n. Preserve under\nMINAET administration the areas declared as State Natural Heritage.\n\n. Guarantee the legal\ncertainty of the concession holders (concesionarios) who currently need to process an\nextension of the concession rights granted in this coastal sector.\n\nIt is clarified that under this procedure of Partial Adjustment and\nTechnical Rectification of the Zoning and Roadway Map of Playa Ocotal,\nthe current roads and the right-of-way are maintained, excluding\nfrom the rectification the streets located between markers 99 and 19. The\nmodification of the green zone between the 14-meter street and the public zone\nbetween markers 95 and 96 is a result of the adjustment of the area granted in concession, in\naccordance with cadastral map G-0919787-2004. All aspects\ndefined in the regulations of the Regulatory Plan remain unchanged. Furthermore,\ndue to the level of technical adjustment required and the percentage of State Natural\nHeritage areas that are incorporated, it is considered unnecessary to carry out any\ntype of adjustment to the Implementation Regulations of the Regulatory Plan.\n\nTherefore, the Maritime Terrestrial Zone Department is instructed to,\nin coordination with the Administration, submit the request for\nRectification and Adjustment of the Playa Ocotal Regulatory Plan to the Costa\nRican Tourism Institute and the National Institute of Housing and Urbanism, in\naccordance with what was indicated by the ICT in official communication MPD-P-128-2013, and the\nCosta Rican Tourism Institute and the National Institute of\nHousing and Urbanism are requested to, once all requirements of the\nManual for the Preparation of Coastal Regulatory Plans of the Maritime Terrestrial\nZone have been met, authorize the Municipality of Carrillo to carry out the publication\nof the map of the \"Partial Adjustment and Technical Rectification of the\nZoning and Roadway Map of Playa Ocotal.\"" }
