  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 38510\n\n                        Nombra miembro de la Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad\n\nTexto Completo acta: FC153\n\nNº 38510-MINAE\n\n    EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\n    Y EL MINISTRO DE AMBIENTE Y ENERGIA\n\nEn uso de las facultades que les confieren los artículos 140, incisos 3)\ny 18), y 146 de la Constitución Política, y la Ley de Biodiversidad Nº 7788 del\n30 de abril de 1998.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que la Ley de Biodiversidad Nº 7788 del 30 de abril de 1998, creó la\nComisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad como un órgano\ndesconcentrado del Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía, con personería jurídica\ninstrumental.\n\nII.-Que la citada Ley le asigna a esa Comisión, funciones referentes a\nla conservación, el uso ecológicamente sostenible y la restauración de la\nbiodiversidad, que son de vital importancia para el desarrollo sostenible del\npaís.\n\nIII.-Que el artículo 15 de la Ley de Biodiversidad, establece la forma\nen que se integrará la Comisión, de acuerdo al nombramiento realizado por los\nentes y organizaciones que señala la ley.\n\nIV.-Que el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 29680-MINAE del 23 de julio del 2001,\npublicado en La Gaceta N° 150 del 7 de agosto del 2001, regula el\nfuncionamiento de esta Comisión. Por tanto,\n\nDecretan:\n\nArtículo 1º-Nombrar como parte de los miembros que integran la Comisión\nNacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad, a la siguiente representante del\nMinisterio de Comercio Exterior:\n\n1.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 38510\n\n                        Appoints a member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nFull Text of record: FC153\n\nNo. 38510-MINAE\n\n    THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\n    AND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY\n\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 140, subsections 3)\nand 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of\nApril 30, 1998.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.—That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the\nNational Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated\nbody of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, with instrumental legal\npersonality.\n\nII.—That the aforementioned Law assigns to this Commission functions relating to\nthe conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of\nbiodiversity, which are of vital importance for the sustainable development of\nthe country.\n\nIII.—That Article 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner\nin which the Commission shall be composed, according to the appointments made by the\nentities and organizations indicated by the law.\n\nIV.—That Executive Decree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001,\npublished in La Gaceta No. 150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the\nfunctioning of this Commission. Therefore,\n\nThey decree:\n\nArticle 1º—To appoint as part of the members that compose the National\nCommission for Biodiversity Management, the following representative of the\nMinistry of Foreign Trade:\n\n1. Principal Member:\n\na. Alejandra Aguilar Schramm, identity card number one-eight-forty\nfour-six-eighteen.\n\nArticle 2º—For the purposes of the term contemplated in Article 15 of\nthe Biodiversity Law, the appointment is made for a full period of\nthree years.\n\nArticle 3º—The following is repealed:\n\n1.
