  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                        -\n\n                            Full Text of Regulation 38793\n\n                            Appoints a member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nFull Text of act: 11ABED\n\nNº 38793 - MINAE \n\n(This executive decree was repealed by article 1 of executive decree Nº 40648 of July 24, 2017)\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC \n\nAND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY \n\nIn exercise of the powers conferred on them by articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law Nº 7788 of April 30, 1998. \n\nConsidering: \n\nI.-That the Biodiversity Law Nº 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, with instrumental legal capacity (personería jurídica instrumental). \n\nII.-That the aforementioned Law assigns to this Commission functions relating to the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of vital importance for the sustainable development of the country. \n\nIII.-That article 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in which the Commission shall be integrated, according to the appointment made by the entities and organizations indicated by law. \n\nIV.-That Executive Decree N° 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001, published in La Gaceta N° 150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the functioning of this Commission. Therefore,\n\nDecree: \n\n            Article 1.-To appoint as part of the members that make up the National Commission for Biodiversity Management, the following representatives of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture: \n\n| Full Member (Miembro Propietario): | Alternate Member (Miembro Suplente): |\n| --- | --- |\n| a.
