  "body_en_text": "across the full text\n\n-\n\nComplete Text of Regulation 499\n\nAmends Fees for the Sale of Goods and Services Provided and Generated by\nINCOPESCA for the Year 2015\n\nComplete Text of Record: 100F6E\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES\n\nAND AQUACULTURE\n\nAJDIP/499-2014.—Puntarenas, on the seventeenth day of the month of December\nof two thousand fourteen.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1.—That having received in hearing Mr. Edwin Salazar Serrano, Head of the Protection and Registry Department, Mr. Salazar Serrano requested the possibility of establishing a symbolic cost for the issuance of the shore-based sport fishing license (carné de pesca deportiva desde tierra), as indicated in explanatory line No. 20 of Agreement AJDIP/318-2014, published in the Official Gazette (Diario Oficial La Gaceta) No. 205 of October 24, 2014, the Board of Directors adopted the Fee Agreement for the sale of goods and services of INCOPESCA for the year 2015.\n\n2.—That the Members of the Board consider the proposal put forward by the Head of Protection and Registry to be appropriate, given that the issuance of this type of license entails an administrative cost, and therefore they deem that, in recognition of said administrative cost, its cost should be set at ₡1,000.00 (one thousand net colones).\n\n3.—That having analyzed, discussed, and deliberated the proposal presented, the Board of Directors. Therefore,\n\nAGREES:\n\n1.—To amend explanatory note No. 20 of the Fees in effect for the year 2015, for the sale of goods and services of INCOPESCA, establishing the cost of issuing the shore-based sport fishing license (carné de pesca deportiva desde tierra) in the amount of ₡1,000.00 (one thousand net colones).\n\n2.—The matters relating to the limitations of said document, established in the aforementioned line, remain unchanged.\n\n3.—Firm agreement.\n\n4.—Let it be published, it takes effect upon its publication."
