  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norma 16\n\n                        Informs natural or legal persons interested in obtaining land-use permits or concessions in the maritime-terrestrial zone that the Municipality of Golfito does not administer areas declared as State Natural Heritage by MINAE.\n\nFull Text of record: 1017E3\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF\nGOLFITO\n\nThe Municipality of Golfito informs that the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Golfito, in ordinary session number four, held on January 28, 2015, in its Chapter Five, operative part of article twenty-three, adopted agreement number sixteen, which literally states as follows: \"First: That the Municipal Council, as the highest collegiate authority of the Municipality of Golfito, informs all natural or legal persons interested in obtaining land-use permits or concessions in the maritime-terrestrial zone that the Municipality of Golfito does not administer areas declared as State Natural Heritage by MINAE and therefore declares itself incompetent to hear them. Clarifying that their administration falls upon MINAE and it is there that their applications must be directed. Second: That the Municipal Council, as the highest collegiate authority of the Municipality of Golfito, informs all natural or legal persons who have open case files to obtain a land-use permit or concession in the maritime-terrestrial zone that the Municipality of Golfito will suspend all proceedings if, on the requested area, areas declared as State Natural Heritage by MINAE are identified, declaring itself incompetent to hear them, since competence falls upon MINAE and it is there that their applications must be directed.\" These agreements are rendered final and definitively approved."
