  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Standard 132\n\n                        Repeals agreement AJDIP/105-2013 \"Establishes Sizes at First Maturity for marine species of commercial interest in commercial fleet fishing activities for capture, utilization, landing, and commercialization\" and ratifies the entry into force of AJDIP/105-2013\n\nFull Text of minutes: 103051\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES\n\nAND AQUACULTURE\n\nAJDIP/132-2015.-Puntarenas, on the thirteenth day of the month of March, two thousand fifteen.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That having become aware of official communication No. AI-057-02-2015, submitted by the Internal Auditor, through which he draws attention to the observations presented by Mr. Ricardo Gutiérrez Vargas, Regional Director of Guanacaste, regarding the expiration of the validity period established for Agreement AJDIP/235-2013, as well as the failure to communicate the notice of said expiration to the fishermen.\n\n2°-The Directors consider that, despite the time granted through the aforementioned Agreement, by which the Sole Transitory Provision of Agreement AJDIP/105-2015 was amended, regarding extending the deadlines for implementing management measures on sizes at first sexual maturity of the main species of commercial interest, based on carrying out the pertinent studies and research in relation to the established sizes and/or their verification; these were not carried out, which is why the advent of the fully integrated conditions originally established in Agreement AJDIP/105-2013 must be deemed to have occurred; by virtue of which; the Board of Directors, Therefore:\n\nAGREES:\n\n1°-To repeal, due to the time elapsed, Agreement AJDIP/235-2013, by virtue of which it is rendered without effect, and consequently the entry into force of Agreement AJDIP/105-2013 in its original wording, by which the sizes at first sexual maturity of the main species of commercial interest were established, is ratified.\n\n2°-Firm Agreement.\n\n3°-Let it be published, it shall be in force as of its publication."
