La Jefatura del Departamento de Investigación y\nDesarrollo.\n\n. La Jefatura del Departamento de Protección y\nRegistro.\n\n. La Jefatura del Departamento de Extensión y\nCapacitación.\n\n. Un representante del Servicio Nacional de\nGuardacostas.\n\n. Un representante del Instituto Mixto de Ayuda\nSocial.\n\n. Un representante de la Junta Directiva del\nINCOPESCA.\n\n.
