  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 39011\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado la Asociación\nAdministrativa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado Quebrada El Yugo\n\nTexto Completo acta: 1040C9\n\nN° 39011-MJP\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY LA MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de\nla Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones del 8 de agosto\nde 1939 y los artículos 27 y siguientes del \nReglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones N° 29496-J, publicado en La Gaceta\nN° 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones número 218 de ocho de\nagosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de\ndeclarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples, federadas o\nconfederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para\nlos intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad\nsocial.\n\nII.-Que la Asociación Administrativa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado\nQuebrada El Yugo, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-375143, se inscribió\nen el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día dos de julio\nde 2004, bajo el tomo: 522, asiento: 13227.\n\nIII.-Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero\nde sus Estatutos, son: \"Artículo tres: Los fines de la Asociación serán: a)\nAdministrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto, b) obtener\nla participación efectiva de la comunidad en la reparación, ampliación,\noperación, mantenimiento y administración del acueducto, c) ofrecer un servicio\ny un producto de la mejor calidad posible a la comunidad asociada.\" \n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por\nlo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense. That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article three\nof its Bylaws, are: \"Article three: The purposes of the Association shall be: a)\nAdminister, operate, and maintain in good condition the aqueduct, b) obtain\nthe effective participation of the community in the repair, expansion,\noperation, maintenance, and administration of the aqueduct, c) offer a service\nand a product of the best possible quality to the associated community.\"\n\nIV. That such purposes solve a social need of the highest order, for\nwhich reason they merit the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1. Declare of Public Utility for the interests of the State\nthe Administrative Association of the Aqueduct and Sewerage Quebrada El Yugo,\nlegal entity identification number 3-002-375143.\n\nArticle 2. It is the duty of the Association to render an annual report to\nthe Ministry of Justice and Peace, in accordance with the provisions of Article\n32 of the Regulations to the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3. Once this Decree is published, the interested parties must\nrecord in a public deed and submit the respective certified copy to the\nAssociations Registry of the National Registry, for its corresponding registration.\n\nArticle 4.
