  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 219\n\n                        Reforma Establece veda total área comprendida una línea recta imaginaria que\nva desde Punta Torres conocida como Peñón al Faro de Isla Negritos afuera y hasta la parte este de\nPunta Cuchillo en Península Nicoya y veda para pesca Semi-industrial camaronera\n\nTexto Completo acta: 10433B\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA\n\nY ACUICULTURA\n\nAJDIP/219-2015.-Puntarenas, a los veintinueve días del\nmes de mayo de dos mil quince.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º-Que habiéndose presentado en la pasada sesión, criterio\npositivo de la Comisión Nacional de Veda, en relación con la propuesta\npresentada ante esta Junta Directiva por parte de los representantes del sector\nsemiindustrial sardinero, sobre la modificación del Acuerdo AJDIP/185-2015, por\nmedio del cual se estableció la veda en el Golfo de Nicoya.\n\n2º-Que\nen su propuesta, el sector semiindustrial sardinero, solicita se autorice la\ncaptura de sardina aguas afuera del Golfo de Nicoya, a partir de una línea\nrecta imaginaria que va desde Punta Torres conocida como Peñón (84°43´52\"\nLongitud Oeste, 09°53¨31\"Latinud Norte) al Faro de la Isla Negritos afuera\n(84°49´35\" Longitud Oeste, 09°49´14\" Latitud Norte) y desde ahí hasta la parte\neste de Punta Cuchillo en la Península de Nicoya.\n\n3º-Que\naunado a la solicitud planteada por el sector semiindustrial sardinero, así\ncomo al criterio positivo vertido por la Comisión Nacional de Veda, por medio\nde oficio DGT-0039- 2015, respecto a modificar el Acuerdo de Veda, en los\ntérminos y condiciones señaladas en el considerando precedente, lo anterior\nbajo fundamentos de que para el recurso sardina debe establecerse una veda\ndiferenciada, la cual estaría siendo analizada por esa Comisión para el año\n2016; además de los argumentos vertidos por esta Comisión, se tiene como elemento\nadicional, el hundimiento de la embarcación que proveía al sector de carnada de\nsardina, por lo que actualmente se carece de ese insumo para la pesca, lo cual\nimpacta y limita negativamente la posibilidad de realizar labores de pesca\ncotidianas por parte del sector pesquero.\n\n4º-Que bajo criterios de conveniencia, utilidad y necesidad; así como\ncontándose con el criterio técnico de la Comisión Nacional de Veda; dadas la\nnecesidad de garantizar carnada a la flota pesquera, estiman conveniente los\nSeñores Directores, bajo las argumentaciones de peso dichas, modificar el\nAcuerdo AJDIP/185-2015, respecto a la posibilidad de realizar faenas de pesca\nde manera normal, por parte de la flota Semiindustrial Sardinera, conforme se\nha establecido en los considerandos enunciados del presente Acuerdo, razón por\nla cual, la Junta Directiva, Por tanto;\n\nACUERDA:\n\n1º-Modifíquese el por tanto 2° del Acuerdo\nAJDIP/185-2015, para que se lea de la siguiente manera: \"2-Asimismo se\nestablece una veda para la pesca Semi-industrial sardinera bolichera (cerco),\nen el área comprendida por una línea imaginaria que va desde Punta Torres\nconocida como Peñón (84°43´52\" Longitud oeste, 09°53¨31\"Latinud Norte) al Faro\nde la Isla Negritos afuera (84°49´35\" Longitud oeste, 09°49´14\" Latitud Norte)\ny desde ahí hasta la parte este de Punta Cuchillo en la Península de Nicoya y\nde esta líneas aguas adentro hasta la desembocadura del Río Tempisque.
