  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 39072\n\n                        Declara de interés público y nacional la “Feria Nacional del Pejibaye\"\n\nTexto Completo acta: 105287\n\nNº\n39072-MAG-C\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nEL MINISTRO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA,\n\nY LA MINISTRA DE CULTURA Y JUVENTUD\n\ntext-indent:24.0pt'>En uso de las facultades que les confieren los\nartículos 89, 140 incisos 3), 18) y 20) y 146 de la Constitución Política, los artículos\n25, 27 inciso primero, 28 párrafo segundo inciso b) de la Ley Nº 6227 del 2 de\nmayo de 1978, Ley General de la Administración Pública, la Ley Nº 7064 del 29\nde abril de 1987, Ley de Fomento a la Producción Agropecuaria, que incorpora la\nLey Orgánica del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería y la Ley Nº 8916 del 16\nde diciembre del 2010, Convención sobre la Protección y Promoción de la\nDiversidad de las Expresiones Culturales.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º-Que la Feria Nacional del Pejibaye se celebra desde\nhace 21 años en la comunidad de Tucurrique de Cartago y cada año la visitan más\nde 15 mil personas, tanto de Costa Rica como de otros países.\n\n2º-Que\nen la zona hay 150 productores dedicados al cultivo de pejibaye, cuya fruta se\nutiliza para las elaboraciones de harinas y subproductos como cremas,\nreposterías, aderezos, empanizados, bebidas entre otros.\n\n3º-Que\nparte de lo recaudado de la mencionada actividad, se invierte en\ninfraestructura y en mejoras para la comunidad.\n\n4º-Que\nel Ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería por disposición de la Ley Nº 7064, es el\nRector del Sector Agropecuario, que fue constituido como un medio para\nfortalecer y agilizar el sistema de dirección y planificación nacional, así\ncomo para coadyuvar a la coordinación de las actividades del Gobierno y de sus\ninstituciones. En esa condición el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería tiene\nla responsabilidad de atender los problemas que afectan las actividades\nagropecuarias y de fomentar la producción de bienes agropecuarios, mediante el\nestímulo de productores. In that capacity, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock has\nthe responsibility of addressing the problems that affect agricultural\nactivities and of fostering the production of agricultural goods, through the\nencouragement of producers. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1º-To declare of public and national interest the\n\"Feria Nacional del Pejibaye\", which is held from September 25 to October 6\nof each year in Tucurrique de Cartago.\n\nArticle\n2º-To declare the pejibaye in its native varieties (indigenous and creole) and\nthe traditions, agro-cultural and culinary practices, uses, knowledge, flavors,\nand colors associated with it, as Cultural Heritage of Costa Rica.\n\nArticle\n3º-The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, within the framework of its\ncompetencies, shall provide agricultural extension to pejibaye producers for\ncrop improvement.\n\nArticle\n4º-Public Sector and Private Sector institutions, within their respective\nlegal framework, may contribute with any type of resources or\ncollaboration alternatives, to the extent of their possibilities and without prejudice\nto the fulfillment of their own objectives, to the activities and initiatives\nto promote the celebration of the Feria Nacional del Pejibaye, the\nimprovement of the crop, and the commercialization of the fruit.\n\nArticle\n5º-It shall enter into force upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, on the twenty-sixth day\nof the month of May of two thousand fifteen."
