  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 39079\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado la Asociación De\nPescadores Pangueros Artesanales de Puntarenas\n\nTexto Completo acta: 105312\n\nN° 39079 -\nMJP\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY LA MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\ntext-indent:35.4pt'>Con fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 140,\ninciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones\nnúmero 218 del 08 de agosto de 1939 y los artículos 27 y siguientes del\nReglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones número 29496-J, publicado en La Gaceta número\n96 del 21 de mayo del 2001.\n\nConsiderando\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218\nde ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas, confiere\nal Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las\nAsociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades\nsean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello\ncontribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que\nla Asociación de Pescadores Pangueros Artesanales de Puntarenas, cédula de\npersona jurídica número 3-002-234473, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones\ndel Registro Público desde el día dieciséis de noviembre de 2004, bajo el tomo\nN° 459, asiento 10459, Expediente N° 10420.\n\nIII.-Que\nlos fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus\nestatutos, son: \". Artículo tercero: Los fines de la Asociación son los\nsiguientes: A- Gestionar el mejoramiento social, cultural, educativo,\norganizativo de sus miembros, la creación de servicios sociales y laborales\npara los pescadores pangueros artesanales de Puntarenas. B- Fomentar entre sus\nasociados, la comunidad y las instituciones relacionadas con el sector\npesquero, el espíritu de ayuda mutua en el orden social, cultural y laboral. C-\nSuministrar a los Pescadores pangueros artesanales de la comunidad, los\nservicios que necesite para su mejoramiento socio-organizativo. D- Planificar,\norganizar y coordinar el trabajo en favor de los Pescadores pangueros\nartesanales de la comunidad, para un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos\nhumanos y naturales con que cuenta. E- Proporcionar una mejor calidad de vida a\nlos asociados, a través de la canalización de apoyo nacional e internacional,\ntanto en capacitación, como en ayuda material.\"\n\nIV.-Que\ntales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen\nel apoyo del Estado Costarricense.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n-\n\nFull Text of Norm 39079\n\nDeclares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Asociación De\nPescadores Pangueros Artesanales de Puntarenas\n\nFull Text acta: 105312\n\nN° 39079 -\nMJP\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE\n\nPursuant to the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August 8, 1939, and articles 27 and following of the Regulation to the Law of Associations number 29496-J, published in La Gaceta number 96 of May 21, 2001.\n\nConsidering\n\nI.-That article 32 of the Law of Associations N° 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility simple, federated, or confederated Associations whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.\n\nII.-That the Asociación de Pescadores Pangueros Artesanales de Puntarenas, legal entity identification number 3-002-234473, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry as of November sixteenth, two thousand four, under volume N° 459, entry 10459, File N° 10420.\n\nIII.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article three of its bylaws, are: \". Article three: The purposes of the Association are the following: A- To manage the social, cultural, educational, and organizational improvement of its members, the creation of social and labor services for the artisanal panga fishermen of Puntarenas. B- To foster among its associates, the community, and institutions related to the fishing sector, the spirit of mutual aid in the social, cultural, and labor order. C- To provide the artisanal panga fishermen of the community with the services they need for their socio-organizational improvement. D- To plan, organize, and coordinate work in favor of the artisanal panga fishermen of the community, for better use of the human and natural resources available. E- To provide a better quality of life to the associates, through the channeling of national and international support, both in training and in material aid.\"\n\nIV.-That such purposes address a social need of the first order, for which they deserve the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1.-Declare of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Asociación De Pescadores Pangueros Artesanales de Puntarenas, legal entity identification number 3-002-234473.\n\nArticle 2.-It is the duty of the Association to render an annual management report before the Ministry of Justice and Peace, in accordance with what is indicated in article 32 of the Regulation to the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3.-Once this Decree is published, the interested parties must formalize and present the respective certified copy before the Registry of Associations of the National Registry, for its respective registration, in accordance with the provisions of article 29 of the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 4.-It becomes effective upon its publication.\n\nDone at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, on the eighth day of the month of May, 2015."
