  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 250\n\n                        Reforma Creación del Área Marina de Pesca Responsable de Costa de Pájaros y\nsu Plan de operación\n\nTexto Completo acta: 10611A\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA\n\nAJDIP/250-2015.-Puntarenas, a los veintiséis días del\nmes de junio de dos mil quince. \n\nConsiderando: \n\n1º-Que en la sesión extraordinaria de la Junta\nDirectiva del INCOPESCA número 31-2004, realizada el día 30-05-2014, se aprobó\nel AJDIP-182-2014, mediante el cual se da la Creación del Área Marina de Pesca\nResponsable de Costa de Pájaros y su Plan de Ordenación.\n\n2º-Que\nen Acuerdo 1 de dicho acuerdo, se establecen los términos y condiciones de como\nfuncionara esta área, siendo uno de estos el mapa del área propuesta de\nzonificación y sus correspondientes coordenadas.\n\n3º-Que\nen la parte norte de esta área, precisamente en el punto 1 del mapa, no se\nestableció una coordenada en la parte terrestre, por lo que no se conoce hasta\ndonde llega el área marina de pesca responsable.\n\n4º-Que\nen el área adyacente al AMPR de Costa de Pájaros, precisamente en el lado\nnorte, existe una pequeña zona en la cual se han reportado muerte de rayas por\nparte de un grupo pequeño de pescadores que están utilizando un arte ilegal, el\ntrasmallo de cerco, con el cual, al barrer el fondo capturan las rayas, las\ncuales luego aparecen muertas en la playa.\n\n5º-Que\nel trasmallo de cerco está dirigido a la pesca de camarón, con el cual logran\nconcentrar este crustáceo al barrer el fondo marino y luego capturarlo en\ngrandes cantidades, mientras que los pescadores que utilizan el trasmallo\nlegal, al frente de esta área, no tienen acceso a este recurso.\n\n6º-Que\nel día viernes 19 de junio del año en curso, se realizó una reunión en el Salón\nde Reuniones de la Asociación de Mujeres de Costa de Pájaros, siendo uno de los\nobjetivos de dicha reunión la definición del punto exacto terrestre, hasta\ndonde va a llegar el Área Marina de Pesca Responsable. En la misma participaron\n25 pescadores y los señores Elías Gutiérrez en representación del INCOPESCA,\nJosé L. Paredes, Capitán de Puerto de Puntarenas, Francisco Pizarro del\nProyecto BID-GOLFOS y el Sr. Yeudy Peraza, de la compañía que va a instalar las\nboyas.   "body_en_text": "throughout the text\n\n-\n\nFull Text Standard 250\n\nAmendment Creation of the Costa de Pájaros Responsible Fishing Marine Area and its Operation Plan\n\nFull Text Record: 10611A\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\nAJDIP/250-2015.—Puntarenas, on the twenty-sixth day of the month of June of two thousand fifteen.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º—That in extraordinary session number 31-2004 of the Board of Directors of INCOPESCA, held on 05-30-2014, AJDIP-182-2014 was approved, by means of which the Creation of the Costa de Pájaros Responsible Fishing Marine Area and its Management Plan is enacted.\n\n2º—That in Agreement 1 of said accord, the terms and conditions of how this area will function are established, one of these being the map of the proposed zoning area and its corresponding coordinates.\n\n3º—That in the northern part of this area, precisely at point 1 on the map, a coordinate on the landward side was not established, and therefore it is not known how far the responsible fishing marine area extends.\n\n4º—That in the area adjacent to the Costa de Pájaros Responsible Fishing Marine Area (AMPR), precisely on the northern side, there is a small zone in which ray deaths have been reported, caused by a small group of fishers who are using an illegal gear, the encircling trammel net (trasmallo de cerco), with which, by sweeping the bottom, they capture rays, which then appear dead on the beach.\n\n5º—That the encircling trammel net (trasmallo de cerco) is directed at shrimp fishing, with which they manage to concentrate this crustacean by sweeping the sea floor and then capturing it in large quantities, while the fishers who use the legal trammel net (trasmallo), in front of this area, do not have access to this resource.\n\n6º—That on Friday, June 19 of the current year, a meeting was held in the Meeting Hall of the Association of Women of Costa de Pájaros, one of the objectives of said meeting being the definition of the exact landward point where the Responsible Fishing Marine Area will end. Twenty-five fishers participated, along with Mr. Elías Gutiérrez representing INCOPESCA, José L. Paredes, Port Captain of Puntarenas, Francisco Pizarro from the BID-GOLFOS Project, and Mr. Yeudy Peraza, from the company that will install the buoys.
