Además de promover a Costa Rica a nivel internacional como un país\nque sustenta su producción energética a partir de fuentes renovables, con miras\na alcanzar para el 2021 la meta de Carbono Neutralidad y con ello promover y\nfacilitar el apoyo de otras instituciones y entes que coadyuvan en su promoción\ny desarrollo.
