In accordance with said provision, the maximum budget expenditure amount for the year 2015 resulting for the Dirección was established in the sum of ¢1,775,926,577.14 (one billion seven hundred seventy-five million nine hundred twenty-six thousand five hundred seventy-seven colones and fourteen céntimos), which was communicated through official communication STAP-1218-2015 of June 24, 2015, a figure that does not include the expenditure previously indicated in this Decree, for carrying out conveyance works, wastewater treatment, and construction of the \"Centro de Investigación y Formación en Tecnologías de Saneamiento.\"\n\n7º—That through Decreto Ejecutivo N° 32452-H, published in La Gaceta N° 130 of July 6, 2005, and its amendments, the \"Guideline for the application of article 6 of Law N° 8131, Law of Financial Administration of the Republic and Public Budgets, and the regulation of the class of Public Sector revenues called Financing\" is issued.\n\n8º—That in relation to the specific surplus, section 9 of the referred Decreto Ejecutivo N° 32452-H allows its use for the payment of expenses defined in the purposes established in the special or legal provisions applicable to such resources.\n\n9º—That due to the foregoing, it is necessary to expand the maximum budget expenditure set for the Dirección de Agua for the year 2015, increasing it by the sum of ¢867,051,440.33 (eight hundred sixty-seven million fifty-one thousand four hundred forty colones and thirty-three céntimos).
