Mismo que fue reformado mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n36095-MINAET del 28 de junio del 2010.\n\nIII.-Que el Parque Nacional\nManuel Antonio por sus especiales características en cuanto a la biodiversidad\ny belleza escénica, es un lugar de gran atractivo turístico. Además cuenta con\npoblaciones importantes de vida silvestre que resultan fundamentales para el\nmantenimiento de la diversidad.\n\nIV.-Que el artículo 50 de\nla Constitución Política consagra a favor de todos los habitantes de la Nación\nel derecho a un ambiente sano y ecológicamente equilibrado, siendo que este\nderecho incluye la conservación, uso y manejo sostenible de la biodiversidad y\nla equitativa distribución de beneficios derivados de esta, asegurando la mayor\nparticipación de la comunidad.\n\nV.-Que el Parque Nacional\nManuel Antonio ha experimentado en los últimos años, un aumento creciente del\nnúmero de visitantes, situación que hace necesario que el flujo de visitación\nsea distribuido entre más días de la semana en las épocas de temporada alta, a\nefectos de aminorar los impactos negativos sobre los recursos que se protegen\nen dicho Parque Nacional.\n\nVI.-Que durante la vigencia\ndel Decreto Ejecutivo N° 38296-MINAE del 25 de marzo de 2014 en el que se\nestableció que el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio permanecería abierto en\nhorario de lunes a domingo, se vendieron entradas por concepto de derecho de\ningreso a dicho Parque Nacional, que se utilizarían en la temporada alta de\ninicio del año 2016, situación por la que la Administración considera\nconveniente, brindar un plazo único y perentorio con vencimiento al 30 de junio\ndel 2016, para efectos de que dichas entradas puedan ser utilizadas los días\nlunes de la presente temporada alta.
