The recommendation of the\nCCCT was not adopted, regarding the month of October for the protection of sardine\nrecruitment, because, due to the application of the size-at-first-maturity agreement,\nit is not necessary given the selectivity of the fishery.\n\n5°-That\nthe Technical Directorate General will additionally establish the corresponding\nmeasures to ensure that all landings made as\npart of this agreement are duly inspected by inspectors of the\nInstitution.
