Una vez obtenida la información secreta y demostrada la falta, el Tribunal podrá imponer las penas siguientes: a) Amonestación absolutamente confidencial. b) Advertencia pública. c) Multa de cinco salarios base de un oficinista 1, de conformidad con el artículo 2 de la Ley N.º 7337, de 5 de mayo de 1993. d) Suspensión temporal de un mes o hasta de cinco años, de todos los derechos y las prerrogativas inherentes a los geólogos inscritos en esta institución.\n\nArtículo 47.- Las infracciones de los incisos c) y d) solo se impondrán a los reincidentes; las señaladas en los incisos a) y b) quedan sujetas al criterio prudente del Tribunal, según la gravedad de la falta cometida y las circunstancias.
