En correspondencia con dicha disposición, el monto\nde gasto presupuestario máximo para el año 2016 resultante para el SINAC, fue\nestablecido en la suma de ¢31.374.328.237,00 (treinta y un mil trescientos\nsetenta y cuatro millones trescientos veintiocho mil doscientos treinta y siete\ncolones exactos), el cual fue comunicado en el oficio STAP-0599-2015 del 28 de\nabril de 2015; mismo que se modifica nuevamente mediante el oficio\nSTAP-0044-2016 de 18 de enero de 2016, fijándose en la suma de\n¢33.363.051.931,00 (treinta y tres mil trescientos sesenta y tres millones\ncincuenta y un mil novecientos treinta y un colones exactos). In accordance with said provision, the maximum budgetary expenditure amount for the year 2016 resulting for SINAC was established at the sum of ¢31,374,328,237.00 (thirty-one thousand three hundred seventy-four million three hundred twenty-eight thousand two hundred thirty-seven colones exactly), which was communicated in official letter STAP-0599-2015 of April 28, 2015; this amount was modified again through official letter STAP-0044-2016 of January 18, 2016, being set at the sum of ¢33,363,051,931.00 (thirty-three thousand three hundred sixty-three million fifty-one thousand nine hundred thirty-one colones exactly). Subsequently, it was modified, being communicated through official letter STAP-0285-2016 of March 15, 2016, in which it was set at ¢36,503,744,031.00 (thirty-six thousand five hundred three million seven hundred forty-four thousand thirty-one colones exactly); a figure that does not contemplate the expenditure previously indicated in this decree.\n\n5º-That through Executive Decree No. 32452-H, published in La Gaceta No. 130 of July 6, 2005, and its amendments, the \"Guideline for the application of article 6 of Law No. 8131, Financial Administration of the Republic and Public Budgets Law, and the regulation of the class of Public Sector revenues called Financing\" was issued.\n\n6º-That in relation to the specific surplus, numeral 9 of the referenced Executive Decree No. 32452-H enables its use for the payment of expenses defined in the purposes established in the special or legal provisions applicable to such resources.\n\n7º-That in light of the foregoing, it is necessary to expand the maximum budgetary expenditure set for SINAC for the year 2016, increasing it by the sum of ¢705,538,029.00 (seven hundred five million five hundred thirty-eight thousand twenty-nine colones exactly).\n\nTherefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nEXPANSION OF THE MAXIMUM BUDGETARY EXPENDITURE\n\n2016 FOR THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF\n\nCONSERVATION AREAS\n\nArticle 1º-The maximum budgetary expenditure for the year 2016 for the National System of Conservation Areas (SINAC), established in accordance with Executive Decree No. 38915-H, published in La Gaceta No. 61 of March 27, 2015, is hereby expanded by the sum of ¢705,538,029.00 (seven hundred five million five hundred thirty-eight thousand twenty-nine colones exactly), for that period.\n\nArticle 2º-The active administration of SINAC is responsible for compliance with the provisions of article 6 of Law No. 8131, Financial Administration of the Republic and Public Budgets Law, published in La Gaceta No. 198 of October 16, 2001, and its amendments, as well as with Executive Decree No. 32452-H, published in La Gaceta No. 130 of July 6, 2005, and its amendments.\n\nArticle 3º-This decree is effective as of its publication.\n\nIssued at the Presidency of the Republic, on the twenty-eighth day of the month of April, two thousand sixteen."
