Subdirección de Catastro y la Subdirección Registra!.\n\nIII.-Que el Registro\nInmobiliario del Registro Nacional, con fundamento en la Ley de Catastro\nNacional Nº 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981, en su artículo 13 tiene como potestad\nexclusiva, la ejecución y mantenimiento del Catastro, función que puede delegar\nparcialmente en otras instituciones estatales.\n\nIV.-Que la Asamblea\nLegislativa, el 27 de noviembre de 2001, aprobó la Ley Nº 8154, \"Convenio\nde Préstamo Nº 1284/0C-CR, Programa de Regularización del Catastro y\nRegistro\", suscrito entre el Gobierno de la República y el Banco\nInteramericano de Desarrollo (BID), para la ejecución del Programa de\nRegularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional, que por disposición de la\nmisma ley, está a cargo de una Unidad Ejecutora adscrita al Ministro de\nHacienda como órgano desconcentrado.\n\nV.-Que el Programa\nde Regularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional, tiene como tarea el\nlevantamiento catastral con el objetivo de formar el catastro nacional y compatibilizar\nla información catastral y registral de los inmuebles, en aplicación de lo que dispone\nla Ley de Catastro N° 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981.\n\nVI.-Que de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 1° Decreto\nEjecutivo N° 30106-J donde se \"Declara Zona Catastral la Totalidad de los\nCantones del Territorio Nacional\" publicado en La Gaceta N° 19 de 28 de\nenero de 2002 y el artículo 7 del Reglamento a la Ley del Catastro\nNacional, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331, el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de\n2008, la totalidad de los cantones del territorio nacional fueron declarados\nzona catastral.\n\nVII.-Que el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo\nN° 34331 el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008, establece los\nrequerimientos técnicos para el levantamiento de planos de agrimensura.\n\nVIII.-Que por haber concluido los trabajos de levantamiento catastral\ndel Cantón 01 Cartago, Distritos 01 Oriental, 02 Occidental, 03 Carmen, 04 San\nNicolás, 05 Agua Caliente, 06 Guadalupe, 07 Corralillo, 08 Tierra Blanca, 09\nDulce Nombre, 10 Llano Grande y 11 Quebradilla de la Provincia de Cartago y de\nconformidad con lo que establece el artículo 19 de la Ley de Catastro Nacional\ny 10 de su reglamento, fueron convocados por el Registro Inmobiliario del Registro\nNacional y la Unidad Ejecutora October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Estate Registry\nis comprised of the Subdirectorate of Cadastre and the Registral Subdirectorate.\n\nIII.-That the Real Estate\nRegistry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre\nLaw Nº 6545 of March 25, 1981, in its article 13 has the exclusive power\nof execution and maintenance of the Cadastre, a function that it may partially delegate\nto other state institutions.\n\nIV.-That the Legislative\nAssembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law Nº 8154, \"Loan\nAgreement Nº 1284/0C-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program\",\nsubscribed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American\nDevelopment Bank (IDB), for the execution of the Cadastre\nand National Registry Regularization Program, which, by provision of the\nsame law, is under the charge of an Executing Unit attached to the Minister of\nFinance as a deconcentrated body.\n\nV.-That the Cadastre and\nNational Registry Regularization Program has as its task the\ncadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) with the objective of forming the national cadastre and making compatible\nthe cadastral and registral information of real properties, in application of the provisions\nof the Cadastre Law N° 6545 of March 25, 1981.\n\nVI.-That in accordance with what is established by article 1 of Executive\nDecree N° 30106-J, which \"Declares a Cadastral Zone the Entirety of the\nCantons of the National Territory\" published in La Gaceta N° 19 of January\n28, 2002, and article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre\nLaw, Executive Decree N° 34331, which has been in force since September 27,\n2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared\na cadastral zone (zona catastral).\n\nVII.-That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree\nN° 34331, which has been in force since September 27, 2008, establishes the\ntechnical requirements for the survey of cadastral plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.-That because the cadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) work\nof Canton 01 Cartago, Districts 01 Oriental, 02 Occidental, 03 Carmen, 04 San\nNicolás, 05 Agua Caliente, 06 Guadalupe, 07 Corralillo, 08 Tierra Blanca, 09\nDulce Nombre, 10 Llano Grande, and 11 Quebradilla of the Province of Cartago has been concluded, and in\naccordance with what is established by article
