6545 de 25 de marzo\nde 1981, en su artículo 13 tiene como potestad exclusiva, la ejecución y\nmantenimiento del Catastro, función que puede delegar parcialmente en otras\ninstituciones estatales.\n\nIV.-Que la Asamblea Legislativa, el 27 de noviembre\nde 2001, aprobó la Ley N° 8154, \"Convenio de Préstamo N° 1284/0C-CR,\nPrograma de Regularización del Catastro y Registro\", suscrito entre el\nGobierno de la República y el Banco Interamericano\nde Desarrollo (BID), para la ejecución del Programa de Regularización del\nCatastro y Registro Nacional, que por disposición de la misma ley, está a cargo\nde una Unidad Ejecutora adscrita al Ministro de Hacienda como órgano\ndesconcentrado.\n\nV.-Que el Programa de Regularización del\nCatastro y Registro Nacional, tiene como tarea el levantamiento catastral con\nel objetivo de formar el catastro nacional y compatibilizar la información\ncatastral y registral de los inmuebles, en aplicación de lo que dispone la Ley\nde Catastro N° 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981.\n\nVI.-Que de conformidad con lo que establece el\nartículo 1° Decreto Ejecutivo N° 30106-J donde se \"Declara Zona Catastral\nla Totalidad de los Cantones del Territorio Nacional\" publicado en La\nGaceta N° 19 de 28 de enero de 2002 y el artículo 7 del Reglamento a la Ley del\nCatastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331, el cual rige desde el 27 de\nsetiembre de 2008, la totalidad de los cantones del territorio nacional fueron\ndeclarados zona catastral.\n\nVII.-Que el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro\nNacional, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331 el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de\n2008, establece los requerimientos técnicos para el levantamiento de planos de\nagrimensura.\n\nVIII.-Que por haber concluido los trabajos de\nlevantamiento catastral del Cantón 09 San Pablo, Distritos 01 San Pablo y 02\nRincón de Sabanilla y de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 19 de la\nLey de Catastro Nacional y 10 de su reglamento, fueron convocados por el\nRegistro Inmobiliario del Registro Nacional y la Unidad Ejecutora del Programa\nde Regularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional, los propietarios de\ninmuebles de dichos distritos a una exposición pública para conocer los\nresultados del levantamiento y manifestar su conformidad o disconformidad.\n\nIX.-Que la convocatoria a la exposición\npública de los resultados del levantamiento catastral del Cantón 09 San Pablo,\nDistritos 01 San Pablo y 02 Rincón de Sabanilla de la Provincia de Heredia fue\npublicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta No. 89 del 09 de mayo del 2012, página\n6 y en los diarios de circulación nacional Al Día y La Teja de fechas 13 y 14\nde mayo del 2012.\n\nX.-Que en resolución de las diez horas treinta\nminutos del veintitrés de febrero del año dos mil the Legislative Assembly, on 27 November\n2001, approved Law No. 8154, \"Loan Agreement No. 1284/OC-CR,\nCadastre and Registry Regularization Program\", signed between the\nGovernment of the Republic and the Inter-American Development\nBank (IDB), for the execution of the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program, which by provision of the same law, is the responsibility\nof an Executing Unit attached to the Minister of Finance as a\ndeconcentrated body.\n\nV.-That the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program has the task of cadastral surveying\nwith the objective of forming the national cadastre and making the\ncadastral and registry information of properties compatible, in application of the provisions of the Cadastre\nLaw No. 6545 of 25 March 1981.\n\nVI.-That in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of Executive Decree No. 30106-J which \"Declares the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory a Cadastral Zone\" published in La\nGaceta No. 19 of 28 January 2002 and Article 7 of the Regulation to the Law of the\nNational Cadastre, Executive Decree No. 34331, which has been in effect since 27\nSeptember 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory have been\ndeclared a cadastral zone.\n\nVII.-That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331 which has been in effect since 27 September\n2008, establishes the technical requirements for the surveying of cadastral plans.\n\nVIII.-That because the cadastral surveying work for Canton 09 San Pablo, Districts 01 San Pablo and 02\nRincón de Sabanilla has been concluded, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the\nNational Cadastre Law and Article 10 of its regulation, the property owners of said districts were summoned by the\nReal Property Registry of the National Registry and the Executing Unit of the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program to a public exhibition to learn the results of the survey and express their conformity or non-conformity.\n\nIX.-That the call for the public exhibition of the results of the cadastral survey of Canton 09 San Pablo,\nDistricts 01 San Pablo and 02 Rincón de Sabanilla of the Province of Heredia was\npublished in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 89 of 09 May 2012, page\n6 and in the national circulation newspapers Al Día and La Teja of 13 and 14\nMay 2012.\n\nX.-That in a resolution issued at ten thirty on the twenty-third of February of the year two thousand sixteen, the Real\nProperty Registry of the National Registry declared the
