Nacional N° 6545 de 25 de marzo\nde 1981, en su artículo 13 tiene como potestad exclusiva, la ejecución y\nmantenimiento del Catastro, función que puede delegar parcialmente en otras\ninstituciones estatales.\n\nIV.-Que la Asamblea Legislativa, el 27 de noviembre\nde 2001, aprobó la Ley N° 8154,\n\"Convenio de Préstamo N° 1284/0C-CR, Programa de Regularización del\nCatastro y Registro\", suscrito entre el Gobierno de la República y el\nBanco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), para la ejecución del Programa de\nRegularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional, que por disposición de la misma\nley, está a cargo de una Unidad Ejecutora adscrita al Ministro de Hacienda como\nórgano desconcentrado.\n\nV.-Que el Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional,\ntiene como
