que pertenezca, excepto flota semi\nindustrial dedicada a la pesca de camarón con red de arrastre\n\nTexto Completo acta: 11566C\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA\n\nY\nACUICULTURA\n\nAJDIP/297-2016.-Puntarenas, a los doce días del mes de\nagosto del dos mil dieciséis.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n         1º-Que de conformidad con las\nregulaciones vigentes en materia de traspasos de licencias de pesca, la\nposibilidad de autorizar un traspaso de licencia y embarcación es factible con\nlicencia de pesca vigente y activa, en su defecto, con licencia de pesca\nvigente e inactiva pero pretendiéndose por el nuevo permisionario la\nutilización de la misma embarcación.\n\n          2º-Que existen personas físicas o\njurídicas, que cuentan con licencia de pesca comercial en estado inactivo y las\nembarcaciones se encuentran visibles en muelle, deterioradas o del todo no\nexiste la embarcación y pretenden traspasar a un tercero que a su vez adquiere\nformalmente la embarcación pero pretende sustituirla por otra de condiciones\noperativas y técnicas de mayor calidad.\n\n          3º-Que la Ley Nº 7384, Ley de\nCreación del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura, establece que es\nresponsabilidad del INCOPESCA fomentar, sobre la base de criterios técnicos y\ncientíficos, la conservación, el aprovechamiento y el uso sostenible de los\nrecursos biológicos del mar y de la acuicultura, normar el aprovechamiento\nracional de los recursos pesqueros, que tiendan a lograr mayores rendimientos\neconómicos, la protección de las especies marinas y de la acuicultura.\n\n            4º-Que la Ley Nº 8436, Ley de Pesca\ny Acuicultura, define las licencias de pesca como el acto administrativo\nmediante el cual el INCOPESCA le confiere a una persona física o jurídica el\nderecho para que realice, en una determinada embarcación, en los términos y las\ncondiciones establecidos en dicho acto, la extracción y el aprovechamiento\nsostenible de recursos marinos, pesqueros e hidrobiológicos en aguas marinas y\ncontinentales.\n\n         5º-Que el artículo 104 dispone que los\npermisos y las autorizaciones referidos en esa Ley, no son negociables y tienen\nel carácter de intransferibles. Las licencias de pesca y las autorizaciones\nacuícolas serán transferibles, previo estudio y autorización de INCOPESCA,\nexigiendo para ello los mismos requisitos establecidos en la presente Ley para\nsu otorgamiento original.\n\n           6º-Que el artículo 108 de la Ley Nº 8436\ndispone que la venta de un navío de pesca no comprende el traspaso de la\nlicencia ni de los permisos otorgados a su favor. En los casos de venta de la\nembarcación, el traspaso de licencia únicamente será posible con la\nautorización previa y expresa de INCOPESCA. Con tal propósito, el interesado\ndeberá solicitar la autorización de traspaso provisional con suficiente\nantelación a la fecha prevista para la suscripción del contrato de venta. Se\ndejará constancia en ese documento, de la autorización de traspaso provisional.\n\n         7º-Que del análisis de las\nregulaciones mencionadas y siendo concordantes con el espíritu de las mismas y\nparticularmente atendiendo la gestión y solicitud de usuarios permisionarios en\nesas condiciones, siendo una obligación de INCOPESCA fomentar la actividad\npesquera de manera que se garantice el aprovechamiento sostenible de los\nrecursos pesqueros, estiman los Sres. Miembros de Junta Directiva que resulta\nlógico concluir, la viabilidad de autorización del traspaso de una licencia a\nun tercero aun y cuando la embarcación adquirida se sustituya por otra de\nmejores condiciones para el ejercicio de la actividad pesquera, razón por la\ncual, la Junta Directiva. Por tanto,\n\nACUERDA:\n\n            1º-Se autoriza el traspaso de licencia\ncomercial inactiva con sustitución de embarcación independientemente de la\nclasificación de flota a la que pertenezca, excepto flota semi\nindustrial dedicada a la pesca de camarón con red de arrastre, en aquellos supuestos\nen que el adquiriente así expresamente lo indique y pueda determinarse que la\nembarcación sustituta cumple con los requisitos de sustitución y de categoría\nrespecto de la flota en que se encuentre.\n\n           2º-La embarcación original registrada ante el INCOPESCA y objeto de la gestión de\ntraspaso respectivo, deberá de previo ser inspeccionada corroborándose la existencia física de la\nmisma debiendo ser está plenamente identificable, además de inscribirse en el Registro Público en\nconcordancia con lo establecido en la ley, a nombre del nuevo propietario, así mismo, deberá\ndemostrar el gestionante beneficiario de la autorización de traspaso que la embarcación sustituida y\nla sustituta están inscrita a su nombre, siendo que la materialización de la licencia de pesca se\ndaría únicamente, hasta que el nuevo titular de la licencia cumpliese con todos los requisitos de\nley.\n\n3º-Bajo ninguna circunstancia se autorizará el\ntraspaso bajo la modalidad indicada a aquellas personas que tengan causas\npendientes por infracción a la legislación pesquera o cualquier otro delito.\n\n4º-Eliminado mediante acuerdo AJDIP/306-2016.\n\n5º-Para poder gestionar el traspaso de licencia\ncomercial inactiva con sustitución de embarcación el permisionario debe\nencontrarse al día con la institución y sin arreglo de pago.\n\n6º-No se autorizará una vez otorgada la licencia de\npesca por traspaso bajo esta modalidad, la continuidad inmediata de la\ninactividad registrada a favor de la licencia original.\n\n        7º-Rige a partir de su\npublicación.\n\n(*)Que bajo esa línea,\npresentan mediante oficio DGT-A-047-2016, los citados funcionarios la propuesta\ncorrespondiente, para la inclusión de las siguientes disposiciones que deben\ncumplirse como parte del proceso de sustitución mencionado, por ser normativa\nvigente o recomendación técnico científica y por ende no podrán faenar si no\ncumplen con ellas.\n\nII.- A LA FLOTA\nCOMERCIAL PEQUEÑA ESCALA\n\n1.\nPara la flota comercial pequeña escala en todo el país, (Mar Caribe y Océano Pacífico\nexcepto para Golfo Dulce y parte interna del Golfo de Nicoya).\n\n \n\na) Contar con\nlicencia de pesca vigente, la cual deberá mantenerse bajo esa condición durante\ntodo el tiempo que se realicen las actividades o faenas de pesca.\n\nb) Deberá mantener y respetar\nlas zonas de pesca asignadas en la licencia original y la autonomía de la\nembarcación otorgada originalmente.\n\nc) Únicamente se\npermite la sustitución de embarcaciones por embarcaciones con eslora igual o\nmenor a 12 metros.\n\nd) Deberán ajustar\nsus artes de pesca a las siguientes características:\n\ni. Cuerda de mano con\nanzuelo 5 o 6.\n\nii. Líneas de fondo\ncon un máximo de 500 metros de largo con 200 anzuelos número 5 o 6.\n\niii. Línea con\nlongitud máxima de 5000 metros.\n\niv.\nSe autoriza la pesca de calamar solo en los casos en que la licencia original\nlo contemplaba.\n\n2.\nPara el Golfo Dulce y la parte interna del Golfo de Nicoya (zonas A y B).\n\na) Contar con\nlicencia de pesca vigente, la cual deberá mantenerse bajo esa condición durante\ntodo el tiempo que se realicen las actividades o faenas de pesca.\n\nb) Deberá mantener\nautonomía de la embarcación otorgada originalmente.\n\nc) Únicamente se\npermite la sustitución utilizando motores con potencia máxima de 40 HP y eslora\nde igual o menor a 8 metros de largo.\n\nd) Deberá mantener y\nrespetarse las zonas de pesca asignadas en la licencia original.\n\ne) Deberán ajustar\nsus artes de pesca a las siguientes características:\n\ni. Cuerda de mano con\nanzuelo 5 o 6.\n\nii Líneas de fondo con\nun máximo de 500 metros de largo con 200 anzuelos número 5 o 6.\n\nII- A LA FLOTA\nCOMERCIAL MEDIANA ESCALA. MAR CARIBE Y OCEÁNO PACÍFICO.\n\na) Contar con\nlicencia de pesca vigente, la cual deberá mantenerse bajo esa condición durante\ntodo el tiempo que se realicen las actividades o faenas de pesca.\n\nb) Deberá mantener y\nrespetar las zonas de pesca y autonomía de la embarcación otorgada\noriginalmente.\n\nc) En cada embarcación se deberá identificar su palangre colocando la matrícula de las\nembarcaciones, al menos cada dos boyas, o en cada una de las radioboyas, o utilizando placas que\npermitan identificar la propiedad de las artes de pesca y conforme lo ha establecido el INCOPESCA.\n\nd) Mantener en la\nembarcación en todo momento un libro de registro de operaciones de pesca y\nregistrar toda la información de las operaciones de pesca, conforme lo ha\nestablecido el INCOPESCA.\n\ne) Deberán llevar y\ntener en operación un dispositivo o baliza de monitoreo y seguimiento\nsatelital, compatible con la plataforma de seguimiento satelital que tiene el\nINCOPESCA.\n\nf) El capitán de la\nembarcación y su tripulación deberán tener aprobado el curso sobre técnicas\napropiadas de liberación de tortugas marinas y otras especies marinas no\nobjetivo de pesca, que impartirá el INCOPESCA. Para efectos de recibir la\ncapacitación supra citada, el capitán o el tripulante de la embarcación\npesquera, deberá inscribirse en el Departamento de Extensión y Capacitación del\nINCOPESCA y el requisito de estar inscrito como pescador activo, para lo cual\ndeberá de presentar el carné de pescador vigente y constancia del armador de\nque es capitán o parte de la tripulación de la embarcación objeto de este\nartículo\n\ng) Los capitanes y la tripulación de las embarcaciones deberán llevar en cada viaje de pesca\ndesenganchador de anzuelos, cortador de anzuelos y pascón para extraer la tortuga del agua al barco,\nque permita poner en práctica la manipulación de tortugas marinas anzueladas y su reanimación y\nliberación de forma segura. Adicionalmente deberán llevar un registro de las interacciones de la\npesca con tortugas, mamíferos y aves marinas.\n\nIII.- PESCA COMERCIAL\nAVANZADA. MAR CARIBE Y OCEÁNO PACÍFICO.\n\na) Contar con\nlicencia de pesca vigente, la cual deberá mantenerse bajo esa condición durante\ntodo el tiempo que se realicen las actividades o faenas de pesca.\n\nb) Deberá mantener\nlas zonas de pesca y autonomía de la embarcación otorgada originalmente.\n\nc) Se permite únicamente como arte de pesca el palangre con línea madre de monofílamento en las\ncondiciones y características otorgadas originalmente.\n\nd) En cada embarcación se deberá identificar su palangre colocando la matrícula de las\nembarcaciones, al menos cada dos boyas, o en cada una de las radioboyas, o utilizando placas que\npermitan identificar la propiedad de las artes de pesca y conforme lo ha establecido el INCOPESCA.\n\ne) Mantener en la\nembarcación en todo momento un libro de registro de operaciones de pesca y\nregistrar toda la información de las operaciones de pesca, conforme lo ha establecido\nel INCOPESCA.\n\nf) Deberán llevar y\ntener en operación un dispositivo o baliza de monitoreo y seguimiento\nsatelital, compatible con la plataforma de seguimiento satelital que tiene el\nINCOPESCA.\n\ng) El capitán de la\nembarcación y su tripulación deberán tener aprobado el curso sobre técnicas\napropiadas de liberación de tortugas marinas y otras especies marinas no\nobjetivo de pesca, que impartirá el INCOPESCA. Para efectos de recibir la\ncapacitación supra citada, el capitán o el tripulante de la embarcación\npesquera, deberá inscribirse en el Departamento de Extensión y Capacitación del\nINCOPESCA y el requisito de estar inscrito como pescador activo, para lo cual\ndeberá de presentar el carné de pescador vigente y constancia del armador de\nque es capitán o parte de la tripulación de la embarcación objeto de este\nartículo.\n\nh) Los capitanes y la tripulación de las embarcaciones deberán llevar en cada viaje de pesca\ndesenganchador de anzuelos, cortador de anzuelos y pascón para extraer la tortuga del agua al barco,\nque permita poner en práctica la manipulación de tortugas marinas anzueladas y su reanimación y\nliberación de forma segura. Adicionalmente deberán llevar un registro de las interacciones de la\npesca con tortugas, mamíferos y aves marinas.\n\ni) Deberá recibir y\nllevar un observador a bordo durante las faenas de pesca, según lo disponga el\nINCOPESCA. El observador a bordo, corresponde a un biólogo debidamente\ncolegiado que registrará las labores y acontecimientos que se generen como\nproducto de la faena de pesca. El armador, el capitán y la tripulación deberán\ncolaborar con el observador en todas las labores que deba realizar y\nfacilitarán la información que se solicite en los formularios o protocolos de\nrecolección de información que deba completar el observador. En todo momento se\ndeberá respetar la integridad personal, moral y física del observador.\n\n(*) (Así adicionado el párrafo anterior\nmediante acuerdo AJDIP/379-2016 del 13 de octubre de 2016)\n\n(*)3. Que asimismo, estiman los Sres. Directivos que resulta\nconveniente, en aras de resguardar la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad de los\nrecursos pesqueros, incluir como norma general aplicable, no solo al Acuerdo\nAJDIP/297-2016, sino extensiva al Acuerdo AJDIP/123-2016, dentro de la\npropuesta planteada, establecer las medidas citadas en éste como parte integral\nen la parte dispositiva tanto del Acuerdo de Creación de la Comisión para el\nestudio, análisis y rehabilitación de licencias (AJDIP/123-2016), así como del\nAcuerdo de Autorización de Traspaso de licencias inactivas con sustitución de\nembarcaciones (AJDIP/297-2016), la disposiciones contenidas en los siguientes\nacápites:\n\ni. Para las\nembarcaciones pertenecientes a las Flotas Media Avanzada y Avanzada cuyas\nlicencias hayan sido habilitadas al tenor del Acuerdo AJDIP/123-2016, o bien,\nencontrándose inactivas hayan sido traspasadas con sustitución de embarcación,\nde conformidad con el Acuerdo AJDIP/297-2016, para ambos casos, quedará\nprohibido el uso de reinal de acero. Asimismo tratándose de embarcaciones\npertenecientes a la Flota Avanzada, las descargas de productos pesqueros\ndeberán realizarse obligatoriamente en el Muelle Multiuso de la Terminal\nPesquera Barrio El Carmen del INCOPESCA.\n\nii.(Derogado por acuerdo AJDIP/104-2017 del 24\nde febrero de 2017).\n\n(*) (Así adicionado el párrafo anterior\nmediante acuerdo AJDIP/379-2016 del 13 de octubre de 2016)", "body_en_text": "in the entire text\n\n -\n\n Complete Text of Norm 297\n\n The transfer of an inactive commercial license with vessel substitution is authorized regardless of the fleet classification to which it belongs, except for the semi-industrial fleet dedicated to shrimp trawling.\n\nComplete Text of Minutes: 11566C\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES\n\nAND\nAQUACULTURE\n\nAJDIP/297-2016.-Puntarenas, on the twelfth day of August, two thousand sixteen.\n\nConsidering:\n\n         1º-That in accordance with the regulations in force regarding transfers of fishing licenses, the possibility of authorizing a license and vessel transfer is feasible with a current and active fishing license, or, failing that, with a current and inactive fishing license but where the new licensee intends to use the same vessel.\n\n          2º-That there are individuals or legal entities that hold a commercial fishing license in inactive status and whose vessels are visible at the dock, deteriorated, or do not exist at all, and they seek to transfer the license to a third party who formally acquires the vessel but intends to substitute it with another of superior operational and technical quality.\n\n          3º-That Law No. 7384, the Law Creating the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture, establishes that it is the responsibility of INCOPESCA to promote, based on technical and scientific criteria, the conservation, exploitation, and sustainable use of marine biological resources and aquaculture, and to regulate the rational exploitation of fishery resources, tending to achieve greater economic returns, and the protection of marine and aquaculture species.\n\n            4º-That Law No. 8436, the Fisheries and Aquaculture Law, defines fishing licenses as the administrative act by which INCOPESCA confers upon an individual or legal entity the right to carry out, on a specific vessel, under the terms and conditions established in said act, the extraction and sustainable exploitation of marine, fishery, and hydrobiological resources in marine and continental waters.\n\n         5º-That Article 104 provides that the permits and authorizations referred to in that Law are non-negotiable and have the character of being non-transferable. Fishing licenses and aquaculture authorizations shall be transferable, subject to prior study and authorization by INCOPESCA, requiring for such purpose the same requirements established in this Law for their original granting.\n\n           6º-That Article 108 of Law No. 8436 provides that the sale of a fishing vessel does not include the transfer of the license or permits granted in its favor. In cases of vessel sale, the license transfer shall only be possible with the prior and express authorization of INCOPESCA. For this purpose, the interested party must request provisional transfer authorization sufficiently in advance of the date scheduled for signing the sales contract. Said document shall record the provisional transfer authorization.\n\n         7º-That from the analysis of the aforementioned regulations, and being consistent with their spirit, and particularly addressing the requests of licensees in those conditions, it being an obligation of INCOPESCA to promote fishing activity in a manner that guarantees the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources, the Members of the Board of Directors deem it logical to conclude the feasibility of authorizing the transfer of a license to a third party even when the acquired vessel is substituted for one in better condition for carrying out the fishing activity, for which reason, the Board of Directors. Therefore,\n\nAGREES:\n\n            1º-The transfer of an inactive commercial license with vessel substitution is authorized regardless of the fleet classification to which it belongs, except for the semi-industrial fleet dedicated to shrimp trawling (pesca de camarón con red de arrastre), in those cases where the acquirer expressly so indicates and it can be determined that the substitute vessel meets the substitution and category requirements with respect to the fleet in which it is located.\n\n           2º-The original vessel registered before INCOPESCA and subject to the respective transfer process must first be inspected, corroborating its physical existence, and it must be fully identifiable, in addition to being registered in the Public Registry in accordance with the provisions of the law, in the name of the new owner. Likewise, the applicant beneficiary of the transfer authorization must demonstrate that the substituted vessel and the substitute vessel are registered in their name, with the materialization of the fishing license occurring only once the new license holder has fulfilled all legal requirements.\n\n3º-Under no circumstances shall the transfer under the indicated modality be authorized to those persons who have pending cases for violation of fishing legislation or any other crime.\n\n4º-Eliminated by agreement AJDIP/306-2016.\n\n5º-To process the transfer of an inactive commercial license with vessel substitution, the licensee must be up to date with the institution and without a payment arrangement.\n\n6º-Once the fishing license is granted by transfer under this modality, the immediate continuation of the inactivity recorded in favor of the original license shall not be authorized.\n\n        7º-It takes effect upon its publication.\n\n(*)That along these lines, the aforementioned officials submit, via official letter DGT-A-047-2016, the corresponding proposal for the inclusion of the following provisions that must be complied with as part of the mentioned substitution process, as they are current regulations or technical-scientific recommendations, and therefore they may not fish if they do not comply with them.\n\nII.- FOR THE SMALL-SCALE COMMERCIAL FLEET\n\n1.\nFor the small-scale commercial fleet throughout the country (Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean, except for Golfo Dulce and the inner part of the Gulf of Nicoya (Golfo de Nicoya)).\n\n \n\na) Hold a current fishing license, which must be maintained under that condition at all times during fishing activities or operations.\n\nb) Must maintain and respect the fishing zones assigned in the original license and the autonomy (range) of the originally granted vessel.\n\nc) Substitution of vessels is only permitted for vessels with an overall length (eslora) equal to or less than 12 meters.\n\nd) Must adjust their fishing gear (artes de pesca) to the following characteristics:\n\ni. Handline with hook size 5 or 6.\n\nii. Bottom longlines (líneas de fondo) with a maximum length of 500 meters with 200 hooks size 5 or 6.\n\niii. Line with a maximum length of 5000 meters.\n\niv.\nSquid fishing is authorized only in cases where the original license so contemplated.\n\n2.\nFor Golfo Dulce and the inner part of the Gulf of Nicoya (Golfo de Nicoya) (zones A and B).\n\na) Hold a current fishing license, which must be maintained under that condition at all times during fishing activities or operations.\n\nb) Must maintain the autonomy (range) of the originally granted vessel.\n\nc) Substitution is only permitted using motors with a maximum power of 40 HP and overall length (eslora) equal to or less than 8 meters in length.\n\nd) Must maintain and respect the fishing zones assigned in the original license.\n\ne) Must adjust their fishing gear (artes de pesca) to the following characteristics:\n\ni. Handline with hook size 5 or 6.\n\nii Bottom longlines (líneas de fondo) with a maximum length of 500 meters with 200 hooks size 5 or 6.\n\nII- FOR THE MEDIUM-SCALE COMMERCIAL FLEET. CARIBBEAN SEA AND PACIFIC OCEAN.\n\na) Hold a current fishing license, which must be maintained under that condition at all times during fishing activities or operations.\n\nb) Must maintain and respect the fishing zones and autonomy (range) of the originally granted vessel.\n\nc) On each vessel, its longline (palangre) must be identified by placing the vessel's registration number at least every two buoys, or on each of the radio buoys, or using plates that allow identification of the ownership of the fishing gear (artes de pesca) and as established by INCOPESCA.\n\nd) Maintain on board the vessel at all times a fishing operations logbook and record all information on fishing operations, as established by INCOPESCA.\n\ne) Must carry and keep in operation a satellite monitoring and tracking device or beacon, compatible with the satellite tracking platform that INCOPESCA has.\n\nf) The vessel captain and their crew must have passed the course on appropriate techniques for the release of sea turtles and other non-target marine species, which will be given by INCOPESCA. For the purpose of receiving the aforementioned training, the captain or crew member of the fishing vessel must register with the Department of Extension and Training (Departamento de Extensión y Capacitación) of INCOPESCA and meet the requirement of being registered as an active fisher, for which they must present a valid fisher's card and certification from the vessel owner (armador) that they are the captain or part of the crew of the vessel subject to this article.\n\ng) The captains and crew of the vessels must carry on each fishing trip a hook remover (desenganchador de anzuelos), hook cutter, and a scoop net (pascón) to extract the turtle from the water onto the vessel, enabling the application of safe handling of hooked sea turtles and their reanimation and release. Additionally, they must keep a record of fishing interactions with turtles, marine mammals, and seabirds.\n\nIII.- ADVANCED COMMERCIAL FISHING. CARIBBEAN SEA AND PACIFIC OCEAN.\n\na) Hold a current fishing license, which must be maintained under that condition at all times during fishing activities or operations.\n\nb) Must maintain the fishing zones and autonomy (range) of the originally granted vessel.\n\nc) Only longline (palangre) with a monofilament main line (línea madre) is permitted as fishing gear (arte de pesca), under the conditions and characteristics originally granted.\n\nd) On each vessel, its longline (palangre) must be identified by placing the vessel's registration number at least every two buoys, or on each of the radio buoys, or using plates that allow identification of the ownership of the fishing gear (artes de pesca) and as established by INCOPESCA.\n\ne) Maintain on board the vessel at all times a fishing operations logbook and record all information on fishing operations, as established by INCOPESCA.\n\nf) Must carry and keep in operation a satellite monitoring and tracking device or beacon, compatible with the satellite tracking platform that INCOPESCA has.\n\ng) The vessel captain and their crew must have passed the course on appropriate techniques for the release of sea turtles and other non-target marine species, which will be given by INCOPESCA. That likewise, the Members of the Board of Directors deem it convenient, in order to safeguard the sustainability of fishery resources, to include as a generally applicable rule, not only to Agreement AJDIP/297-2016, but also extended to Agreement AJDIP/123-2016, within the formulated proposal, establishing the measures mentioned herein as an integral part of the operative part of both the Agreement Creating the Commission for the Study, Analysis, and Rehabilitation of Licenses (AJDIP/123-2016) and the Agreement Authorizing the Transfer of Inactive Licenses with Vessel Substitution (AJDIP/297-2016), the provisions contained in the following sections:\n\ni. For vessels belonging to the Medium-Advanced and Advanced Fleets whose licenses have been enabled under the terms of Agreement AJDIP/123-2016, or, being inactive, have been transferred with vessel substitution, in accordance with Agreement AJDIP/297-2016, in both cases, the use of steel branch lines (reinal de acero) shall be prohibited. Likewise, in the case of vessels belonging to the Advanced Fleet, the landings (descargas) of fishery products must be carried out obligatorily at the Multiuso Dock of the INCOPESCA Barrio El Carmen Fishing Terminal (Terminal Pesquera Barrio El Carmen).\n\nii.(Repealed by agreement AJDIP/104-2017 of February 24, 2017).\n\n(*) (The preceding paragraph thus added by agreement AJDIP/379-2016 of October 13, 2016)" }
