  "body_en_text": "across the entirety of the text\n\n-\n\nComplete Text of Standard 08\n\nReform of the Procedures Manual for the Payment for Environmental Services\n\nComplete Text of Record: 11184F\n\nNATIONAL FORESTRY FINANCING FUND\n\nAt Ordinary Session 08-2016, held on September 16, 2016, the fifteenth\nagreement was adopted.\n\nConsidering\n\n1°—That by means of the eleventh agreement adopted at ordinary\nsession No. 01-2009 of January 28, 2009, the Board of Directors of the National\nForestry Financing Fund (Fonafifo)\napproved the Procedures Manual for the Payment for Environmental Services (Pago de los Servicios Ambientales),\nwhich was published in La Gaceta No. 46 on Friday, March 6, 2009.\n\n2°—That the National Forestry Financing Fund has deemed it\nopportune and necessary to modify certain specific aspects of the current\nProcedures Manual for the Payment of Environmental Services.\n\n3°—That in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations to the\nForestry Law No. 7575, Executive Decree No. 25721-MINAE and its amendments, the\nBoard of Directors of the National Forestry Financing Fund is the competent body to\nissue the procedures for executing the Program of Payment for Environmental Services.\n\nTherefore:\n\nThe Board of Directors of the National Forestry Financing Fund issues\nthe following modification to the Administrative Procedures Manual:\n\nArticle 1— To modify the paragraph of point 7.5.1, so that\nhenceforth it reads as follows:\n\n7.5.1.
