  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\nTexto Completo Norma 55\n\n                        Anula acuerdo número 8 de la sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, artículo VIII,\ninciso a del día diez de febrero del 2015, referente a varias reformas a planes reguladores\n\nTexto Completo acta: 1176CF\n\nCONCEJO\nMUNICIPAL DE DISTRITO DE CÓBANO\n\nEl Concejo Municipal\nde Distrito de Cóbano en sesión ordinaria 55-2017, artículo IX, inciso e, del\ndía dieciséis de mayo del dos mil diecisiete, acordó\n\nConsiderando:\n\n- Que se ha conocido\nresolución R-L-ZMT-004-2017 sobre recomendación para anulación del acuerdo\nNúmero 8 de la sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, artículo VIII, inciso a del día\ndiez de febrero del 2015 por tratarse de un acto absolutamente nulo.\n\n-\nQue el acuerdo N° 8 de la sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, Artículo VIII,\ninciso a del día diez de febrero del 2015 textualmente dice:\n\n- Que se ha conocido\noficio I-050-2015 de la Intendencia sobre Solicitud de recomendación para\ninformar al ICT e INVU sobre el procedimiento para aplicar la modificación del\nartículo 65 del Reglamento de la Ley 6043.\n\n- Que aplicar la\nmodificación del artículo 65 del reglamento de la ley 6043, Ley de Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre, haciendo la debida publicación en el Diario Oficial La\nGaceta, permite a la administración cumplir con la Ley 9242 y regularizar\nlas construcciones existentes en la Zona Restringida de la Zona Marítimo\nTerrestre, permitiendo esto, aprobar los cientos de solicitudes de concesiones\nexistentes, ocasionando eso un beneficio inmenso a la administración ya los administrados\n\nACUERDO 8:\n\nCon todos los votos a\nfavor se acuerda: \"Acoger y aprobar el oficio I-050-2015 emitido por la\nIntendencia y se aplique la modificación del artículo 65 del Reglamento de la\nLey 6043 Ley de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre. Se publique en el Diario Oficial La\nGaceta y se hagan la mayor brevedad los comunicado correspondientes a las\nInstituciones pertinentes\". Acuerdo unánime\n\nACUERDO N° 5\n\nCon todos los votos\npresentes a favor: \"1.
