El\nINCOPESCA deberá definir a lo interno de su organización, la dependencia o instancia competente que\nse encargará de ejercer las funciones de la Autoridad Científica...\"; a su vez, definirá los canales\nde comunicación y los mecanismos de coordinación que se establecerán con la Autoridad\nAdministrativa.\n\nIII.-De conformidad con el Transitorio III, de la normativa en cita, se estableció explícitamente\npor el Poder Ejecutivo: \".
