En caso de determinarse fugas no visibles\ndentro de la propiedad, de acuerdo con la inspección realizada, se procederá a\ninformar de tal situación y a realizar un ajuste correspondiente al período\nprevio y en caso de ser necesario posterior a la citada inspección, teniendo el\nabonado durante este tiempo la obligación de reparar la fuga. Dicho ajuste se\naplicará cobrándose el consumo promedio normal mostrado en las últimas seis\nfacturaciones registradas. En caso de continuar la fuga, no se realizarán más\najustes.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Normative Text 0\n\n                        Reform of the Regulation for the Operation and Administration of the Aqueduct of the\nMunicipality of Grecia\n\nComplete Text of Record: 11B592\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF GRECIA\n\nThe Municipality of Grecia informs that the Municipal Council, in an ordinary session held on October 02, 2017, in its Article VII, subsection 8, Record 116, approved the inclusion of Article 58 bis and the modification of Article 35 of the Regulation for the Operation and Administration of the Aqueduct of the Municipality of Grecia, which read as follows:\n\nArticle 35.—Of residential leaks. At the request of the subscriber (abonado), a high-consumption report shall be prepared in the Customer Service Unit, using the form designated for that purpose. In the event that non-visible leaks are determined within the property, based on the inspection carried out, the subscriber shall be informed of such situation and a corresponding adjustment shall be made for the prior period and, if necessary, for the period subsequent to said inspection, with the subscriber being obligated during this time to repair the leak. Said adjustment shall be applied by charging the normal average consumption shown in the last six registered billings. Should the leak continue, no further adjustments shall be made. For the application of new adjustments resulting from leaks generated in the same reported location, a period of 12 months must elapse since the last adjustment, and it shall be carried out following a prior municipal inspection.\n\nArticle 58 bis.—Readjustments for repair of non-visible internal leaks. In the event of non-visible internal leaks generated by pressure resulting from the replacement of transmission and distribution piping of the new Aqueduct, following a prior municipal inspection, authorization is given to carry out a readjustment for the preceding month and, if necessary, for the period subsequent to said inspection, up to a maximum of four billings, with the subscriber being obligated during this time to repair the leaks. Should the leak(s) continue, no further adjustments shall be made, and the Municipality reserves the right to verify their repair. This readjustment shall be applicable only from May 2017 through May 2018 and solely for the cases referenced.\n\nMotion carried, definitively approved, and unanimously."
