Mide ciento cuarenta y tres\nmil ochocientos diecisiete con noventa y cuatro metros cuadrados (143817,94 m2), de conformidad con\nlos planos catastrados número SJ-cero uno ocho ocho siete cinco uno-uno nueve nueve cuatro (N.°\nSJ-0188751-1994) y número SJ cero uno ocho ocho siete cinco dos-uno nueve nueve cuatro (N.°\nSJ-0188752-1994). It measures eight hundred fifteen square meters (815 m2) and has cadastral plan number SJ-one eight three nine zero nine zero-two zero one five (No. SJ-1839090-2015).\n\nARTICLE 3- The segregated land, previously described, is released from the public use and domain dedicated to a treatment plant, and is assigned to the new use of a public park of a recreational, sporting, educational, and training nature, oriented toward the promotion and protection of the environment.\n\nARTICLE 4- The Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA) is authorized to donate the lot described in the preceding article to the Municipality of San José, legal identification number three-zero one four-zero four two zero five eight (No. 3-014-042058), with the new public use of a public park of a recreational, sporting, educational, and training nature, oriented toward the promotion and protection of the environment.\n\nThe segregated lot to be donated shall retain and bear the encumbrances: transferred easement (servidumbre trasladada) for electric lines and right of way of the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE), at entries number two nine eight-zero eight zero two nine-zero one-zero nine zero one-zero zero two (No. 298-08029-01-0901-002) and servient easement (servidumbre sirviente) at entries number three nine four-zero three five zero eight-zero one-zero zero zero three-zero zero one (No. 394-03508-01-0003-001). Furthermore, a stormwater easement (servidumbre pluvial) and a sanitary sewer easement (servidumbre de alcantarillado sanitario) must be established in the same donation deed over the segregated and donated lot, according to the corresponding plans prepared by the JBIC-AYA Executing Unit.\n\nThe Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA) reserves the remainder of the parent property for itself.\n\nIt takes effect upon its publication.\n\nIssued at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the sixth day of the month of September of the year two thousand seventeen."
