  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Law 9476\n\n                        Removal from public use and domain of two immovable properties of the\nMunicipality of Belén that are assigned to a new public use for the purpose of constructing the\nIntegrated Solid Waste Management Center of the Canton (Composting Plant and Recovery Center)\n\nNo. 9476\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA\n\nDECREES:\n\nREMOVAL FROM PUBLIC USE AND DOMAIN OF TWO IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES\n\nOF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BELÉN THAT ARE ASSIGNED TO A NEW PUBLIC\n\nUSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING THE INTEGRATED\n\nSOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT CENTER OF THE CANTON\n\n(COMPOSTING PLANT AND RECOVERY CENTER)\n\nARTICLE 1- The immovable property owned by the Municipality of Belén, registered in the National Property Registry, Heredia section, real folio registration number four-two three seven two four seven - zero zero zero (No. 4-237247-000), is removed from the public use and domain as a park and green areas. It measures one thousand two hundred five square meters (1205 m2), located in district 2, La Ribera, canton VII, Belén, province of Heredia, with boundaries: to the north with the Municipality of Belén; to the south, with public street; to the east, with the Municipality of Belén; and to the west, with Manuel Antonio Barrantes Víquez, cadastral map number H- one six two four two five two- two zero one two (No. H-1624252-2012). Said immovable property is assigned to the new public use as an integrated ordinary solid waste management center (composting plant and recovery center) of the Municipality of Belén.\n\nARTICLE 2- The Municipality of Belén shall compensate for the land removed in the preceding article with the immovable property of its ownership registered in the Public Registry, Heredia section, real folio registration number one two nine two four five- zero zero zero (No. 129245-000) with cadastral map number H-eight six eight eight nine three - nine zero (No. H-868893-90), which measures two thousand two hundred sixty-six and twenty-six hundredths square meters (2266.26 m2).\n\nThe immovable property indicated in the preceding paragraph is removed from the public use as a reserve and is assigned to the new public use as a park and green zone. The Municipality of Belén must register this modification in the National Registry.\n\nIt enters into force upon its publication.\n\nDone at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the sixth day of the month of September of the year two thousand seventeen."
