  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\nTexto Completo Norma 3065\n\n                        Ley sobre Pago de Dietas a Directivos de Instituciones Autónomas\n\nTexto Completo acta: CF47B\n\n1\n\nN° 3065\n\n \n\nLA ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA DE LA\nREPUBLICA DE COSTA RICA\n\n \n\nDECRETA:\n\n \n\n \n\nArtículo 1°-(Derogado por el artículo 7° de la ley N° 5507 del 19\nde abril de 1974)\n\nArtículo 2°-Los\nmiembros de las juntas directivas de las instituciones autónomas y semiautónomas\nserán remunerados mediante dietas que devengarán por cada sesión a la que\nasistan. El monto de las dietas será determinado en el presupuesto de cada\ninstitución, el cual no podrá exceder de mil cuatrocientos colones (¢ 1.400)\npor cada sesión.\n\n(Así reformado por el\nartículo 61 punto 24) de la ley de Presupuesto Ordinario de la República, N°\n7089 del 18 de diciembre de 1987)\n\n(Nota de Sinalevi: Mediante el\nartículo 60 de la ley de Presupuesto Extraordinario de la República, N° 7138\ndel 16 de noviembre de 1989 se indica: \"... Los miembros de las Juntas\nDirectivas de las instituciones autónomas y semiautónomas de nombramiento del\nPoder Ejecutivo, serán remunerados mediante dietas que devengarán por cada\nsesión a la que asistan. el monto de dichas dietas no excederá de tres mil\ncolones por sesión, y será aumentado anualmente de conformidad con el indice\nde inflación que determine el Banco Central de Costa Rica. el monto para la\ncancelación de estas dieta será incluido en el presupuesto anual de cada\ninstitución\")\n\nArtículo 3°-\n\nLas\njuntas directivas de las instituciones autónomas no podrán celebrar más de\nocho sesiones remuneradas por mes, entre ordinarias y extraordinarias, cuando\nestas últimas sean absolutamente necesarias.\n\nLos\npresidentes ejecutivos de las instituciones autónomas no tendrán derecho a\ndevengar dietas como miembros de la junta directiva, sino que devengarán únicamente\nun salario fijo determinado por la junta directiva.\n\n (Así reformado por el artículo\n1° de la ley N° 6908 del 3 de noviembre de 1983)\n\nArtículo 4°- Los reglamentos de\norden general -no interno- y sus reformas, que emitan en uso de sus\natribuciones las Juntas Directivas de las Instituciones Autónomas del Estado,\ndeberán ser publicados en el Diario Oficial para que puedan surtir sus efectos.\n\nArtículo 5°- Las disposiciones de\nesta ley se aplicarán también al Servicio Nacional de Acueductos y\nAlcantarillado, que fue creado como institución semi-autónoma\ndel Estado, y a cualesquiera otras que con tal carácter se llegaren a crear.\n\nArtículo 6°- Esta ley modifica en lo conducente, todas las disposiciones legales que se le opongan y\nen especial las siguientes: Ley Orgánica del Banco Central de Costa Rica, N° 1552 de 23 de abril de\n1953, artículo 30; Ley Orgánica del Sistema Bancario Nacional, N° 1644 de 26 de setiembre de 1953,\nartículos 30 y 33; Ley Orgánica de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, N° 17 de 22 de octubre de\n1943, artículo 18; Ley Orgánica del Consejo Nacional de Producción, N° 2035 de 17 de julio de 1956,\nartículo 24; Ley Orgánica del Instituto Autónomo del Ferrocarril Eléctrico al Pacífico, N° 1721 de\n28 de diciembre de 1953, artículo 10; Ley Orgánica del Instituto Costarricense de Turismo, N° 1917\nde 30 de julio de 1955, artículo 22; Ley Orgánica del Instituto Nacional de Seguros, N° 33 de 23 de\ndiciembre de 1936, artículo 6; Ley Orgánica del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo, N° 1788\nde 24 de agosto de 1954, artículo 21; y Ley Orgánica del Servicio Nacional de Acueductos y\nAlcantarillado, N° 2726 de 14 de abril de 1961, artículo 10.\n\nArtículo 7°- Esta ley es de orden público\ny deroga o modifica cualquiera otra disposición igual que se le oponga, y rige\ndesde el día de su publicación.\n\n    Transitorio I.-A\nfin de cumplir con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de esta ley, en las\nInstituciones Autónomas que actualmente no cuenten con un Ministro de Gobierno\ncomo miembro ex oficio en sus Juntas Directivas, el director cuyo período esté\nmás próximo a expirar, será sustituido, al terminar su gestión, por el\nMinistro que el Consejo de Gobierno designe.\n\n    Transitorio\nII.-Para hacer efectivo lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de esta ley, el Consejo\nde Gobierno procederá a designar, en la primera sesión que celebre despúes de\nsu promulgación, a los Ministros que representarán al Poder Ejecutivo en las\ndiferentes Juntas Directivas de las Instituciones Autónomas, en las cuales\nactualmente tiene representación el Poder Ejecutivo, así como a designar a los\nfuncionarios que habrán de sustituirlos en sus ausencias.\n\n    Casa\nPresidencial.-San José, a los veinte días del mes de noviembre de mil\nnovecientos sesenta y dos.",
