When these conditions are demonstrated,\nthe maximum cap on the value of the work permitted to opt for water\navailability and the construction permit shall be increased by 50%, and it must be\nproven in the construction plans that the price is less than\n¢37,500,000.00. The procedures and fulfillment of the requirement to obtain the\nauthorization established in this section shall be initiated and analyzed in\nthe Department of Urban and Rural Control (Dirección de Control Urbano y Rural), where the responsible official shall render\na report with the respective attestations to the Municipal Council for its\nfinal approval.\n\nE) It is agreed\nto request that the Municipal Administration present to this Council a technical\nreport on the water problem in districts 01 and 07 of the canton of Aserrí.\"" }
