La ASOCIACIÓN DE ACUEDUCTOS BARRIOS SAN JOSÉ Y CORAZÓN DE MARÍA\nTRES RÍOS, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-208959, se inscribió en\nel Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Nacional desde el día catorce de\nmarzo de dos mil cinco, tomo: 442, asiento: 15438.\n\nIII. El fin primordial que persigue la Asociación, según sus estatutos, es:\n\"Los fines de la Asociación son administrar, operar y conservar en buenas\ncondiciones el acueducto ubicado en la localidad, de acuerdo con las\ndisposiciones y Reglamentos que al respecto emita el Instituto Costarricense de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados\".\n\nIV. Therefore,\n\nTHEY DECREE\n\nDECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY\n\nASOCIACIÓN DE ACUEDUCTOS BARRIOS SAN JOSÉ\n\nY CORAZÓN DE MARÍA TRES RÍOS\n\nArticle 1.- The ASOCIACIÓN DE ACUEDUCTOS BARRIOS SAN JOSÉ Y CORAZÓN DE MARÍA TRES RÍOS,\nlegal entity identification number 3-002-208959, is hereby declared of public utility for the interests of the State.\n\nArticle 2.- It is the duty of the Association to annually submit a management report\nto the Ministry of Justice and Peace, in accordance with the provisions of\nArticle 32 of the Regulation to the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3.- The income and assets of the association that are allocated\nin their entirety and exclusively for public or charitable purposes\nand that are in no case distributed directly or indirectly among\nits members, shall be exempt from income tax; on the\ncontrary, that part that does not have this purpose, or is distributed in any\nmanner among its associates, shall be subject to the imposition of this tax.\n\nArticle 4.- The Tax Administration is responsible for controlling and\noverseeing the correct fulfillment of the tax obligations of the\nassociation, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 103 and 104 of the\nCode of Tax Norms and Procedures.\n\nArticle 5.- Once this decree is published, the interested parties must\nnotarize and submit the respective certified copy before the Registry of\nAssociations of the National Registry, for its respective registration.\n\nArticle 6.- It shall take effect upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.
