el\nSistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación (SINAC) tendrá personería jurídica\npropia y será un sistema de gestión y coordinación institucional,\ndesconcentrado y participativo, que integrará las competencias en materia\nforestal, vida silvestre y áreas protegidas del Ministerio de Ambiente y\nEnergía, con el fin de dictar políticas, planificar y ejecutar procesos\ndirigidos a lograr la sostenibilidad en el manejo de los recursos naturales del\npaís.\n\n4º-El Parque Nacional Corcovado del Área de Conservación Osa, fue creado\nmediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 5357 del 24 de octubre de 1975, siendo el\nobjetivo principal de su creación, conservar los ecosistemas marinos y\nterrestres existentes en él, con el fin de mantener el valor ecológico de una\nde las áreas de mayor riqueza en flora y fauna del país.
