Plano catastrado número A-uno seis ocho dos seis dos cuatro-dos mil trece\n(A-1682624-2013), con la finalidad de construir un campo de pozos para atender\nlas necesidades de caudal para el acueducto metropolitano de San José, conforme\na las siguientes especificaciones técnicas: Los pozos deben ubicarse en la zona\nen que el acuífero Colima inferior tiene mayor espesor, lo que ubica los\nposibles puntos de construcción de los pozos en la colindancia entre el terreno\ndel CNP y el terreno denominado Proyecto Gol, conforme al siguiente cuadro:\n\nLocalización de los pozos\n\n| Pozo | Coordenadas planas Lambert Norte (m) | |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| | Este | Norte |\n| 1 | 514143.03 | 217287.74 |\n| 2 | 514198.47 | 217224.76 |\n\nPara la fase de construcción de los pozos y las obras civiles, se\nrequiere contar con un área mayor al área definitiva que se utilizará para la\nubicación de la infraestructura de explotación y la fase operativa, por lo que\nse deberá contar con un área mayor durante la fase constructiva, tanto para la\netapa en que se construyen los pozos como para la etapa en la que se\nconstruirán las obras civiles, eléctricas y mecánicas.\n\nLa fase constructiva será desarrollada en dos partes, la primera, que\nconsistirá en la construcción de los pozos, mediante la perforación con\nmáquinas de rotopercusión, que utilizan diferentes herramientas y espumante\npara extraer el material perforado, lo que implica la ubicación de zonas de\nalmacenaje de herramientas y pilas de sedimentación para depositar el residuo\nde la perforación.\n\nAdemás de lo expuesto anteriormente en la zona de trabajo, se debe\nubicar una caseta para el guarda y una caseta sanitaria.\n\nDe modo que el área de trabajo requerida para cada uno de los sitios en\nque se construyan los pozos debe ser suficiente para ubicar en esta los\nsiguientes\n\ncomponentes:\n\n1) Equipo\nperforador.\n\n2) Barras de\nperforación.\n\n3) Herramientas\nvarias (brocas, máquinas de soldar, tubería de armado, etc).\n\n4) Tanques con\nagua y espumante.\n\n5) Pila de\nsedimentación.\n\n6) Caseta\nsanitaria.\n\n7) Caseta guarda.\n\nSe define como área requerida en cada uno de los puntos donde se\nconstruirá cada uno de los pozos seiscientos metros cuadrados (600m2) (lote de\n30m x 20m), misma área que se requerirá durante la fase de construcción de las\nobras civiles, eléctricas y mecánicas.\n\nUna vez concluida la fase de construcción de los pozos, se deberá\ncontratar la construcción de las obras civiles, eléctricas y mecánicas para lo\ncual se requerirá inicialmente de la misma área que para la fase de\nconstrucción de los pozos, ya que se debe almacenar materiales y equipo para\ndesarrollar esta fase, así como alguna infraestructura temporal, como bodegas,\ncasetas sanitarias y de guardas.\n\nLas obras a construir consisten, básicamente, en dos losas de concreto\nalrededor de los brocales de los pozos, dos castas de control de motor (una\ncaseta por pozo); además, al lado de ambas casetas se ubicará un transformador\n(dos en total) tipo Pad Mounted, requeridos para la alimentación eléctrica de\ncada pozo, en ambos terrenos se requiere de un área de doscientos metros\ncuadrados (200m2 ) con las siguientes dimensiones 20m x 1 0m.\n\nLa infraestructura permanente que se colocará en cada uno de los\nterrenos en que se construirán los dos pozos es la siguiente:\n\nTerrenos para pozo 1 (Pp1) y pozo (Pp2)\n\nUna losa de concreto de 4x6m alrededor del brocal del pozo y la\n\"cachera\" de descarga.\n\nUna caseta de control para cada pozo de 5x3m y al lado de esta un\ntransformador, sobre el terreno, de 3x3m. Área requerida para cada pozo de\naproximadamente doscientos metros cuadrados (200m2).\n\nAsimismo, se deberá contar con una servidumbre de ocho metros (8m) de\nancho a lo largo del trazado que une a cada uno de los dos pozos con la calle\nprincipal de la radial Lindera. The\nmunicipalities, the Ministry of Public Education (MEP), the National Council for\nOlder Adults (Conapam) and its committees, the National Children's Trust (PANI),\nthe National Council for Children and Adolescents (CNNA), and the Council\nof Young Persons (CPJ) are considered empowered to submit requests for attention.\n\n Article tab\n\nARTICLE 8- The National Production Council (CNP), legal\nidentification number four - zero zero zero- zero four two one four six (No. 4\n-000-04 21 46), is authorized to enter into a land administration agreement with\nthe Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA), legal entity\nidentification number four - zero zero zero - zero four two one three eight (No.\n4-000-042138), for the property registered in the Public Property Registry\nof the district of Alajuela, under the folio real system, registration number five\none two six zero five - zero zero zero (No. 512605-000); nature: pastureland\nand building site, located in district 8, San Rafael; canton of Alajuela,\nprovince of Alajuela; boundaries: to the north with Quebrada Seca and the Costa Rican\nFootball Federation (Fedefútbol); to the south with Inversiones llerda S.A.; to the\neast with Calle Pública Radial San Antonio and the Costa Rican Football Federation,\nand to the west with Inversiones llerda S.A. and the Costa Rican Football Federation.\nIt measures thirty-three thousand two hundred fifty-four square meters (33,254 m²).\nCadastral map number A-one six eight two six two four-two thousand thirteen\n(A-1682624-2013), for the purpose of building a wellfield to meet\nthe flow needs for the San José metropolitan aqueduct, in accordance\nwith the following technical specifications: The wells must be located in the zone\nwhere the lower Colima aquifer has the greatest thickness, which places the\npossible well construction points on the boundary between the CNP\nland and the land called Proyecto Gol, according to the following table:\n\nWell Locations\n\n| Well | Lambert North Flat Coordinates (m) | |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| | East | North |\n| 1 | 514143.03 | 217287.74 |\n| 2 | 514198.47 | 217224.76 |\n\nFor the construction phase of the wells and civil works, it\nis necessary to have an area larger than the final area that will be used for the\nlocation of the extraction infrastructure and the operational phase; therefore, a\nlarger area must be available during the construction phase, both for the\nstage in which the wells are built and for the stage in which the\ncivil, electrical, and mechanical works will be built.\n\nThe construction phase will be developed in two parts: the first, which\nwill consist of the construction of the wells, through drilling with\nrotary-percussion machines, which use different tools and foaming agent\nto extract the drilled material, which implies the location of\ntool storage areas and sedimentation pits to deposit the drilling\nresidue.\n\nIn addition to the above, at the work zone, a\nguard shack and a sanitary shack must be located.\n\nThus, the required work area for each of the sites where\nthe wells are built must be sufficient to accommodate the following\n\ncomponents:\n\n1) Drilling\nequipment.\n\n2) Drill\nrods.\n\n3) Various\ntools (drill bits, welding machines, casing pipes, etc.).\n\n4) Tanks with\nwater and foaming agent.\n\n5) Sedimentation\npit.\n\n6) Sanitary\nshack.\n\n7) Guard shack.\n\nThe required area at each of the points where each\nwell will be built is defined as six hundred square meters (600 m²) (a lot of\n30m x 20m), the same area that will be required during the construction phase of the\ncivil, electrical, and mechanical works.\n\nOnce the well construction phase is completed, the construction of the\ncivil, electrical, and mechanical works must be contracted, for which\nthe same area as for the well construction phase will initially be required,\nsince materials and equipment must be stored to\ndevelop this phase, as well as some temporary infrastructure, such as warehouses,\nsanitary shacks, and guard shacks.\n\nThe works to be built basically consist of two concrete slabs\naround the well curbs, two motor control houses (one\nhouse per well); in addition, next to both houses a\nPad Mounted type transformer will be located (two in total), required for the electrical supply\nof each well; on both properties, an area of two hundred\nsquare meters (200 m²) is required, with the following dimensions: 20m x 10m.\n\nThe permanent infrastructure to be placed on each of the\nproperties where the two wells will be built is as follows:\n\nLands for Well 1 (Pp1) and Well (Pp2)\n\nA 4x6m concrete slab around the well curb and the\ndischarge head.\n\nA control house for each well of 5x3m and next to it a\nground-mounted transformer of 3x3m. Required area for each well of\napproximately two hundred square meters (200 m²).\n\nLikewise, there must be an easement (servidumbre) of eight meters (8m) in\nwidth along the route that connects each of the two wells to the\nmain road of the Radial Lindera. In this easement (servidumbre), the\ndischarge pipe with diameters between three hundred mm (300mm) and five hundred mm\n(500mm), in ductile iron pipe, the stormwater pipes for each well, and,\nfurthermore, the overhead/underground medium-voltage electrification will be located.\nIn addition, it will serve as a right-of-way easement (servidumbre de paso) for the maintenance and operation\nof the electromechanical systems installed at the wells.\n\nGiven the characteristics of the works and the service they will provide, the\nagreement may be entered into for up to fifty years, automatically\nrenewable for equal periods, unless otherwise agreed between\nthe parties, for a duly justified reason, which must be indicated within a period\nwithin the month prior to its expiration.\n\nThe specific design aspects of the wells will be defined\nsubsequently; therefore, some geometric\nor size modification may eventually be required, based on project-specific assessments,\nauthorizing variations within the conceptualization already set forth.\n\nThis law takes effect upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic, on the seventh day of the month of May\nof the year two thousand eighteen.\n\n Article tab\n\nGeneration date: 5/5/2026 05:43:13\n\n Go to the beginning of the document" }
