actualización de\ncriterios técnicos y científicos y al Instituto Mixto de Ayuda Social, IMAS,\nlos estudios socioeconómicos correspondientes.\n\n4º-Que analizada y discutida propuesta de veda\n2019, de conformidad con lo así acordado por la Comisión Nacional de Vedas, en\nla Reunión Extraordinaria N° 3, celebrada el día 21 de marzo 2019, donde se\nconsideraron, además, las recomendaciones vertidas por el Departamento de\nInvestigación y Desarrollo del INCOPESCA y de la Comisión de Coordinación\nCientífico Técnica (CCCT) las condiciones establecidas en el voto de la Sala\nConstitucional
