Para tales efectos, el\nFonafifo podrá solicitar la información que considere pertinente.\n\n3º-Modificar la Resolución\nN° 010-2019 MINAE, publicada en el Alcance 40 de La Gaceta del miércoles\nveinte de febrero del dos mil diecinueve,\nen el punto 2.3, inciso d), para que se lea así:\n\nd) Sistemas Mixtos en Agroforestería para pequeños productores:\n\nLas condiciones para esta modalidad son: Cuando realicen actividades de\nprotección de bosque, un pago de treinta y cinco mil cuatrocientos treinta y\ncinco colones (¢35.435) por hectárea por año durante un periodo de cinco años,\n(aquí de ser necesario se calcularán las fracciones de hectáreas existentes,\nhasta el primer decimal. Cuando sean áreas denudadas o en proceso de\nregeneración un reconocerá un pago de veintidós mil setecientos colones (¢22.700)\npor año durante un periodo de cinco años. Cuando realice actividades de\nreforestación de especies maderables o de uso múltiple fuera del área boscosa\nun pago de doscientos ochenta y siete colones por árbol (¢287) por año; se\nreconocerá una cantidad mínima de doscientos árboles\nplantados o árboles existentes identificados hasta un máximo de mil\nseiscientos árboles. En esta sub - actividad podrá realizarse un solo contrato\nque comprenda las diferentes actividades y el plazo será de cinco años contados\na partir de la firma del contrato.\n\n4º-Modificar la Resolución\nN° 010-2019 MINAE, publicada en el Alcance 40 de La Gaceta del miércoles\nveinte de febrero del dos mil diecinueve,\nen el punto 2.4, inciso a), para que se lea así:\n\na) El monto a pagar será de trescientos cincuenta y cuatro mil trescientos cincuenta colones con\n00/100 (¢354.350) desembolsados en diez pagos anuales de 10% durante un período de diez años.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Regulation 167\n\n                        Reform Establishes the expenditure limit for the National Forest Financing Fund,\nfor new projects to be financed by activity and determines the payment amounts per\nactivity\n\nFull Text of record: 12ED19\n\nMINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY\n\nR-167-2019-MINAE.-Ministry of Environment and Energy.- Directorate of\nLegal Counsel.-San José at seven hours, ten minutes on the third of July\nof two thousand nineteen.\n\nWhereas:\n\n1º-That through Resolution No. 010-2019 MINAE published in Supplement 40\nof La Gaceta of Wednesday, the twentieth of February of two thousand nineteen,\nthe National Forest Financing Fund was authorized for the year 2019 regarding\nthe number of hectares to be financed per activity,\nin the Payment for Environmental Services Program, the amounts to be paid based on the\nresources allocated in the National Budget and approved by the Comptroller\nGeneral of the Republic for the aforementioned Fund.\n\n2º-That the budget allocated for the execution of new projects\nof the Payment for Environmental Services Program that are formalized in the year\n2019, is for an amount of three thousand five hundred seventy million forty-two\nthousand nine hundred thirty-four colones. For such purposes,\nFonafifo may request any information it deems pertinent.\n\n3º-To amend Resolution\nNo. 010-2019 MINAE, published in Supplement 40 of La Gaceta of Wednesday,\nthe twentieth of February of two thousand nineteen,\nin point 2.3, subparagraph d), so that it reads as follows:\n\nd) Mixed Systems in Agroforestry for small producers:\n\nThe conditions for this modality are: When carrying out forest protection activities,\na payment of thirty-five thousand four hundred thirty-\nfive colones (¢35,435) per hectare per year for a period of five years,\n(here, if necessary, existing fractions of hectares shall be calculated,\nto the first decimal place). When these are denuded areas or areas in the process of\nregeneration, a payment of twenty-two thousand seven hundred colones (¢22,700)\nper year shall be recognized for a period of five years. When carrying out\nreforestation activities with timber or multi-use species outside the forest cover (cobertura boscosa)\narea, a payment of two hundred eighty-seven colones per tree (¢287) per year; a minimum quantity of two hundred trees\nplanted or existing trees identified shall be recognized, up to a maximum of one thousand\nsix hundred trees. In this sub-activity, a single contract may be executed\nthat encompasses the different activities, and the term shall be five years counted\nfrom the signing of the contract.\n\n4º-To amend Resolution\nNo. 010-2019 MINAE, published in Supplement 40 of La Gaceta of Wednesday,\nthe twentieth of February of two thousand nineteen,\nin point 2.4, subparagraph a), so that it reads as follows:\n\na) The amount to be paid shall be three hundred fifty-four thousand three hundred fifty colones with\n00/100 (¢354,350) disbursed in ten annual payments of 10% over a period of ten years. When\ndealing with applications that are located within zones of hydrological importance, identified by\nthe Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados), the Water Directorate, and Fonafifo,\nan additional amount of eighty-eight thousand five hundred ninety-two colones (¢88,592)\ncolones per hectare shall be recognized, disbursed in ten annual payments of 10% over a period of ten years.\n\nThis additional amount shall be applied until the budget allocated for\nthis activity is exhausted.\n\n5º-This Resolution takes effect upon its publication."
