Por tanto, el 27\nde setiembre del 2017, venció el plazo establecido a partir de la emisión del\ndecreto ejecutivo, esto quiere decir que el informe emitido por la Unidad de\nDesarrollo Estratégico del Sistema Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de la CNE, corresponde\nal informe de cierre del Plan.\n\n4º-Que mediante\nSesión Ordinaria de la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Prevención de\nRiesgos y Atención de Emergencias Nº 01-01-19, celebrada el día 16 de enero de\n2019, mediante Acuerdo Nº 004-01-19, se determinó el Cierre del Decreto Nº\n37305-MP \"Terremoto de Sámara\"; del 05 de setiembre de 2012.
