  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 419\n\n                        Extends the validity of agreement AJDIP-040-2018 \"Rehabilitation of commercial fishing licenses that had expired without a renewal application having been submitted\"\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n(INSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA)\n\nAJDIP/419-2019.-Puntarenas,\non the ninth day of August, two thousand nineteen.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That a motion is known from Board Member Deiler Ledezma Rojas requesting an extension of the deadline established by Board of Directors agreement AJD1P-040-2018 regarding the rehabilitation process for commercial fishing licenses (licencias de pesca comercial), namely, to December 31 of this year; for which reason, the Board of Directors,\n\nTherefore,\n\nAGREES:\n\n1°-To accept the motion of Director Deiler Ledezma Rojas.\n\n2°-To extend the documentation submission deadline for the commercial fishing license rehabilitation process, established through agreement AJDIP-040-2018, to December 31, 2019.\n\n3°-Once said deadline has passed, this agreement shall not be extended, with no exceptions.\n\n4°-Final agreement.
