asociaciones simples, federadas o\nconfederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para\nlos intereses del Estado y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad\nsocial.\n\nII.-La Asociación\nAdministradora de Acueductos Rural de Penshurst y Bonifacio, cédula de persona\njurídica N° 3-002-258686, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del\nRegistro Nacional desde el día 24 de enero del 2000, bajo el expediente 11889,\ntomo 457, asiento 6570.\n\nIII.-Que los fines que persigue la asociación,\nsegún el artículo tercero de\nsus Estatutos, son: \"Artículo tercero los fines de la Asociación son\nlos siguientes: a) Construir un acueducto en Penshurst y Bonifacio. b)\nAdministrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto de acuerdo\ncon las disposiciones y reglamentos al respecto emitió A y A. c) Obtener la\nparticipación efectiva de la comunidad en la construcción y mantenimiento del\nacueducto. d) Colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole educativos que\nse emprendan. e) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la Comunidad las disposiciones\ny Reglamentos de A y A. f) Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que\nemprendan A y A en la comunidad. g) Participar en la vigilancia y participación\ny protección de las fuentes de abastecimiento del acueducto evitar las\ncontaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar a la protección de las Cuencas\nHidrográficas de la Región.\"\n\nIV.-Tales fines solventan una necesidad social de\nprimer orden, por lo cual\nmerecen el apoyo del Estado
