Consequently, new administrative constituencies (circunscripciones) may not be created during that period.\n\nFicha articulo\n\nArticle 2.- Article 10 of the Electoral Code, referred to in Law No. 1536 of December 10, 1952, is amended with respect to the obligation of the Executive Branch to prepare and publish the Administrative Territorial Division of the Republic. Said publication must be made no later than twelve months prior to the aforementioned national elections.
