con el propósito fundamental que no expire el plazo de\nvalidación que tiene el Bono de la Vivienda; ocasionándoles con esto que de\nnuevo deban iniciar el trámite, incurriendo en pérdida de tiempo y gastos de\nrecursos.\n\nC) De igual manera que se otorgue dicho beneficio a las familias que\npretendan construir con el Bono de la Vivienda, así como para las familias de\nbienestar social que sin bono de la vivienda quieran construir por no tener\ncasa propia, siempre que el valor de la obra no sobrepase el tope máximo de\n¢25.000.000,00 debidamente ratificadas como tal, por el aporte de la\ninformación necesaria que conste de los planos constructivos.\n\nD) Así mismo, se exceptúa la moratoria para aquellas solicitudes de\npersonas que califiquen en las categorías B) y C) anteriores, cuya vivienda\neste respaldada en un diseño constructivo ecoamigable, para lo cual serán\nparámetros para su valoración los siguientes elementos, no excluyentes entre sí:\n\ni) Contar con sistemas tecnológicos que permitan a las familias ahorrar\nen el consumo de servicios básicos como agua, energía eléctrica, manejo de\nresiduos sólidos, ii) Que la vivienda que desea construir cuente con griferías,\ninodoros y duchas de bajo consumo, que utilice un tanque de reserva de agua tratada\npara su reutilización, con instalación de paneles solares, que cuente con su\npropia planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales. Cuando se demuestren estas\ncondiciones el tope máximo del valor de la obra permitido para optar por la\ndisponibilidad de agua y el permiso de construcción, se incrementará en un 50%,\ndebiendo acreditarse en los planos constructivos que el precio es de menos de\n37.500.000,00. When these\nconditions are demonstrated, the maximum cap on the value of the work allowed to opt for\nwater availability and the construction permit shall be increased by 50%,\nand it must be accredited in the construction plans that the price is less than\n¢37,500,000.00. The procedures and fulfillment of requirements to obtain the authorization\nestablished in this section shall be initiated and analyzed in the Directorate of\nUrban and Rural Control, where the responsible official shall render a report with\nthe respective attestations to the Municipal Council for its definitive approval.\n\nIt is agreed to request that the Municipal Administration present to this\nCouncil a technical report on the water problem in districts 10 and\n7 of the Canton of Aserrí, for the year 2019.\"" }
